Don't be deterred by the fact that this thread about your buying the site (presumably a matter of some interest to the membership) took three and a half months to reach Page Five, even with the same three or four members posting repeatedly.

So it took about 11 weeks for "This coming week..." before, SO's clock may be running a bit slow compared to ours, hehe. Maybe he needs to wind up his clock? Or maybe he at least remembers wind-up clocks.

Does that imply that we should multiply "next few days" by 11 to get the actual number of days?

Isn't Reddit an "all comments" site too? That's all I've seen on Reddit, and if so, they should be affected similarly to "all comments" ATS when advertisers shun websites with comments, right? I don't know anything about their strategy to deal with the issue.

Hopefully the new owner will take serious action to stop the Trolls on this site that have been allowed to run amok in recent years.
