I remember when John Lear was a frequent poster...crazy as hell, but fun to read. I bet people like Clyde Lewis is here, just quite. Seems some of his topics come off of recent ones here.

Everything changes...Clyde was told to leave his studios last week at KXL with one day noticed after 10+ years of being there and their top show. He was already moving to his own platform Aftermath and away from YouTube, podcast etc as so many others are doing. Even this site can not generate income as days of old. Clyde was also saying that KXL is running basically a skeleton crew now compared to even 5 years ago as they are dying too. He runs his own radio show and charges 5 bucks a month if you want access to all his pods etc...Fine with me, wouldn't mind doing that here too... Seems becoming independent is the way to go, then at least you can say what you want to say not in fear of banning.

I'm not sure what it all means though...Going to need to carry a lot of different independent platforms and pay prescriptions.

ATS used to have discussions/content that was difficult to find anywhere else. ATS used to have good SEO.

Why would any new members join when most of the discussions here can be found literally almost anywhere else?

If 80% of discussion are links to twitter discussions, why not just join Twitter?

The decline in the quality of content the site generates is the primary reason the site cannot generate revenue.

Twitter has started to take over. Threads on every subject under the sun all in one place. Its usually the first place to look in any incident . Photos ,videos, witnesses accounts and discussion by others. Not as in-depth as here but still useful to get the low down quickly .

This is the time sell because ATS views has gone up

Its things like ad blockers...Lots of people a few years ago complained about the ads etc... I guess we could look at the daily use and compare it to past years as to what you are suggesting, but maybe Twitter and other platforms have eaten up a chunk of older daily users.

Looking at recent...22 political to 6 nonpolitical... Could be an election year, but ya it seems when I post mud pit I get 10 times the hits compared to something more inline with old ATS. I'll post a good reply post to another area and it might be a week for even one reply.

I remember the days when there was 8000 posts about whether Criss Angel's magic was real or not...lol

Why anyone would join or continue to use Twitter is a complete mystery to me?

Have you all not heard about their extreme censorship?

Why would you support such a business?

Since we are being permitted to post alternatives to ATS right now, this is my best suggestion. This site is packed with solid research and has sensible management.

It is essentially a ghost/paranomal forum but has sections for UFO;s, other odd things aside from just ghosts, and a general off topic forum.

I've been here for years and read posts daily, maybe posted 3 times. It's crazy to think this operation cost 25k a month but I guess it's given me 25k a month in something to do. I haven't been to this site since before I found ATS but I checked and it still exists.
