What if he's not crazy but he's speaking too much? Maybe they cant do much about it so they feed him false intel from time to time so that no one takes him seriously. Was it this time? That's the question. They could use weapons inside the object, even silencers. They could get the permission from Merkel. The public knows only what it's told in the fake news. WW3 is very much an information war..

While I do not believe that a raid took place in Germany, I want to clarify something. Not every inch of German territory is under the sovereignty of the German government. There are huge CIA spy bases behind high fences. I know of one that is hidden in a forest. It’s not really a secret though. A lot of economic spying and tapping the information grid is happening from there. There are only estimates that project the economical damage done - without any factual information. But the damage is estimated to exceed 2-3 billion dollars each year through stealing intellectual property and so on. The same goes for the military. There are sovereign military bases in Germany. The most famous of course being Rammstein. Just saying, the Germans would not necessarily know about a raid even if it took place in Germany. However, if the shooting would have happened in a populated place of course you would hear about it. But if that happened in a remote forest at one of the CIA spy bases - nobody would notice. Just saying, any agrument stating, that we would hear from the Germans if such a thing actually happened is invalid. Of course that doesn’t mean that this raid actually happened.

Technically yes. Practically, no. The German government doesn’t know and doesn’t want to know about anything that happens there. Because if they knew, they would have to interfere as many things happening from there, are outside of the German laws and conflict with the German constitution.
Edit: for instance drone bombings abroad without UN mandate or the storage of nuclear bombs.

Just consider this. During this pandemic a female US military person went to party outside of Ramstein although she knowingly had covid symptoms. German jurisdiction tried to convict her. She escaped to the Ramstein airbase. Extraiditon attempt got denied by the US government. Does this sound to you, like Ramstein is under German sovereignty? Right?

Could not have a civil war the lines are to blurred. You could say the major metro areas vs suburbs but even that is vague. And a city like New York could not exist on its own needs food. What you can have is riots and protests. For an actual civil war to occur you would need an outside country to supply cities such as new york and then that is no longer a civil war that is an invasion.

You have no clue the Germans want to be involved in everything that happens in Europe much less Germany. You dont operate in Germany without The Federal Intelligence Service .
