Actually, we decided that several elections ago when it was clear that the Electoral College wasn't electing the person that most people voted for. So we got tired of that nonsense decades ago. If this is to be a democracy with one vote per person (as it should have been if the Founding Fathers actually trusted the Common Man) then the Electoral College needs to be sent packing.

No one decided anything of the sort. We are still a Republic, not a full Democracy so that's not changing. Your last sentence proves you don't understand how it works.

Why? So the most populated cities and states can pick the president every four years? Then there's no reason for the rest of the country to vote. No thanks. I'm not a fan of 51% of the country taking away the rights of the other 49%.

Anyone that can read this entire story and understand it, will see there was massive fraud in the election.

This is the best source I have come across so far. But please remember not to trust anyone or anything. Research and verify facts if you can.

Safe Harbor Day is approaching fast! It comes before the EC. There has been talk of extending it. I hope this date holds. This is when the states will have to show their cards, so to speak.

The electoral college meets “the first Monday after the second Wednesday in December”. This year that date is Dec. 14.

Delayed election results could lead to a constitutional crisis that involves the Electoral Count Act of 1887 and differing vote certifications.

The other date, which is six days before the electoral college date, is the “safe harbor” deadline for states to choose electors that they can ensure will be accepted by Congress. That date is Dec. 8 this year.

What if the votes are not counted by Dec. 8 because of delays from mail-in ballots, vote-counting disputes and recounts? And what if states, swayed by claims of vote fraud, decide to appoint electors that appear to contravene the vote count? Those are among the scenarios considered by the Atlantic, CNN and the New Yorker.

Dec. 8 'safe harbor' deadline is a critical date in nightmare election scenarios

The Electoral Count Act or the Electoral Count Act of 1887 is a US federal law stating procedures for the counting of electoral votes by Congress following a presidential election. It was enacted in the aftermath of the disputed 1876 presidential election between Rutherford B Hayes and Samuel J Tilden. In that election, several states submitted competing slates of electors and a divided Congress was unable to resolve the deadlock.

In a September 9 article in The Atlantic, Edward-Isaac Dovere explained that “the law requires electors to be chosen for the Electoral College, the constitutionally established body that elects the president, in no more than 41 days after Election Day.” The report states that there might be “massive delays” in vote counting due to a number of factors — because of late-arriving absentee ballots, disagreements over which of those ballots are valid, among other possible reasons — and this could mean that the country misses that date without clear results in every state.

20 Alleged Election "Facts" that don't pass the smell test

Brilliant article....

1. Biden allegedly got 80 million votes, which is more than Obama received at his peak, in 2008 – and Biden did this despite losing minority voters to Donald Trump and trailing Trump in voter enthusiasm.

2. Biden broke 60 years of precedent by winning nationally despite losing prodigiously in bellwether states and counties. The last time this happened was when the mafia got out the vote for John F. Kennedy in 1960.

3. Trump had extraordinary coattails, so much so that even the New York Times admitted that the “Democrats Suffered Crushing Down-Ballot Losses Across America.” Think about that: Biden had no coattails and no enthusiasm, yet he allegedly won a record number of votes. Smells fetid to me.

4. Biden barely made it through the primaries, while Trump soared, with Trump’s performance being a historically sure sign of voter enthusiasm and probable victory – yet Biden, again, allegedly scored an equally historically strong victory.

5. Trump exceeded his original vote count by the largest margin for any incumbent in American history. He got 10 million more votes than before; by contrast, Obama, in 2012, got 3.5 million fewer votes than in 2008.

6. Trump’s support among blacks grew by 50%, while Biden’s fell below the important 90%-mark that Democrat candidates need to secure victory.

7. In the Rust Belt, Biden lost black support everywhere except in Detroit, Philadelphia, and Milwaukee. In those cities, every single black person apparently voted for Biden.

8. While pollsters can and do manipulate polling outcomes, non-polling metrics (historical norms such as the economy, enthusiasm, etc.) have never been wrong – only we’re being told that this year was the exception.

9. The fact that Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada, and Georgia simultaneously pretended to halt ballot counting while continuing to count is evidence of election fraud collusion.

10. Optical scanners were set to accept unverified, un-validated ballots.

11. The scanners were almost certainly programmed to fail to keep audit records.

12. In the contested states, the voting machines were alleged to have processed hundreds of thousands of ballots within a short time, which is a physical impossibility.

13. In Pennsylvania, statistically impossible numbers of late-arriving mail-in votes went to Biden.

14. Dominion and ES&S voting machines were created to have back doors and specific functions to manipulate votes either at the machine or over the internet.

15. Fox News’s behavior on election night (refusing to call pro-Trump outcomes while prematurely calling Arizona for Biden) was so abnormal that Vegas oddsmakers instantly assumed that the fix was in.

16. The allegedly late-arriving mailed-in ballots increased Biden’s equally alleged lead with statistically impossible perfection and stability.

17. There were anomalies in Virginia that suggested that computers were subtracting votes from Trump and, sometimes, giving them to Biden.

18. One analysis shows that voting machines in Michigan systematically removed votes from Trump and handed them to Biden. I saw a rebuttal (which I cannot locate now) that purported to debunk this but did so by using a different scale on the X-axis, which I found inherently suspicious.

19. Over 100,000 Pennsylvania absentee ballots were returned either a day after they were mailed out, on the day they were mailed out, or on the day before they were mailed out.

20. In all the contested areas, and at Dominion’s website, Democrats have been systematically failing to create or have destroyed all data that could be used to demonstrate fraud. This creates the legal presumption that the data do, in fact, show fraud.

Most people read that list and understand that if even HALF of it is true, it is something that needs to be investigated. After all, THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ELECTED OFFICE IN THE WORLD.

But the Democrats and Media -

Yes....."claims" is the word journalists use to avoid getting sued. It doesn't invalidate the evidence or information posted. Nice try at undermining information based solely on semantics. Ms. Attkisson cannot HERSELF vouch for the validity of every piece of alleged evidence. Thus, she uses the word "claims" which is what any responsible journalist would use and has used across every network and media outlet.

There is a bit of fraud in every election, from all sides. With evidence. But it doesn't amount to crap.
