People seem to forget that first part, don't they. Even if registration firm is sent out in error it cannot be completed because you'd not be able to pass the Id validation.

You do realize that the intention of sending out these kinds of ballots is because there are hundreds of demwit fraudsters that will happily fill in the ballot for the pet, or the old folks in the old folks homes, or the ballots sent to people who no longer live in the state... right? That is where all of these fraudulent ballots they stuffed the election with came from.

Plenty of votes were counted in PA without ID validation.

I don't know about Michigan, but, in Pennsylvania they removed all of the validation criteria. No checking signatures, no checking voter roles and considering that ballots with late or even missing postmarks are counted, who's to say if someone's dog or cat voted?

I would be interested in how they were sent an application in the first place? If they were sent an application, their name would have to be on the voter roles, which means even if the application was never returned, the name is still included in the count and a fraudulent ballot could have been submitted by other means.
