I'm not sure people understand the whole affidavit thing.
They are similar to testifying under oath in court.
In michigan its a felony to lie on an affidavit punishable with up to 15 years in jail.
Not something to take lightly.

There were several used in the kavanaugh hearing.
That's where the contents become important.

In his hearing, the witnesses were saying things like "I think I remember seeing them together...maybe...not sure"

In this case it's more solid.
One of these says that a poll worker ran a stack of 27 ballots through the machine at least 5 times with the number taped over.

Heard that on a podcast so I don't have the link..
It's in this 234 pages.

There will be the odd genuine example but the voting fraud will be on both sides of the political divide.

That’s the thing. It wasn’t just “the odd genuine example.” It was hundreds of witnesses describing the same things.

I don’t understand why you want to downplay and excuse what went on there????? You can still hate Trump and not want hi. to win, AND admit that what went on in Michigan should never go on in any election in this country on any side.

Why are you ok with it?

So I hear but I don't think people really understand the power of affidavits.

Why aren't those 29 trump accusers in jail? Is it because he's guilty?

affidavits

Are not as good as people want them to be.

Trump has 29 of them for sexual assault.
Calm down , I'm not attacking trump or saying he is guilty, I'm just showing that a bunch of affidavits do not mean that a person is guilty. They are really only one step up from an allegation.

Is this really the kind of content usually contained within an affidavit?

Yes. affidavit really is just a fancy word for allegation.

Have you read any of them?

If not, you’re foolish for your comment.

Read them. I don’t expect you to read all of them, but scroll through and read some. Read some in the beginning, middle, and end.

Then, come back and tell us why you are ok with what went on there in Michigan. Why in the hell would a sane person want to downplay all of that egregious and in some cases illegal behavior?

Since you have read them, and allegedly lying in an affidavit is such a serious crime, why have none of his accusers been persecuted for their heinous crimes?

It's 234 pages of sworn affidavits...Sworn under threat of perjury, if found to be lying.

Once again, my finger hit 2 buttons at once (massive hands are both a curse and a blessing).

Lying yes, one guy gave an opinion, which is clearly wrong. Should he be punished for that?

Clearly the majority of service men and women are not right leaning.

Did you read them yourself?
How did you verify that they were real?

Awesome tactic demonize, delegitimize all resistance and win. .

That is exactly what Trump did by calling the US Democratic Process into question. I understand the tactic of accusing your perceived enemy of the things your side is guilty of only too well, nice try though.

You also made a few leaps in logic, for example, I'm not an armchair activist, I am involved in politics at a local level.

And then you compare me to AOC 🤣😂🤣, that's just pathetic. I'm pretty central when it comes to US Politics and I didn't want Trump or Biden to win. Only one side is making America look weak and foolish right now and it certainly isn't the Dems.

Have you read any of the affidavits?

Yes not all of them, I've read 3 regarding Dems blocking Reps from adjudicating, which clearly needs addressed to find out if it was true. The one from the Tango Dancer who swears in his affidavit that he thought the military were very right wing so has issue that they seem to be voting for Biden, the one woman who was told to stand back (because she was, as the picture she shared shows), not socially distancing but she thinks it's because she's a Rep (and the guy in the BLM shirt was intimidating because he was big and black). And then there are others I can't remember the content of. Quite a balanced selection I remember to be fair, do you know why? I'm not a Dem or a Rep so see beyond your bipartisan bullsnip!

Hundreds of pages, yes! Hundreds of affidavits? Not so much. Some of these affidavits I've seen are 4 or 5 pages long. Even if they were all only 2 pages long (none of the examples I've seen are that short) that would mean 117 affidavits. The number of actual affidavits are likely to be under 100, logically speaking.

I'm calling the bs as it lands. Let's see where this goes I'd be willing to bet only a handful of affidavits aren't thrown out as nonsense.

Also, I'm not ok with any voter fraud, I want this investigated and, if Trump has lied about the fraud, he should be held to account, no?

I'd like a Trump supporter to answer this.

If afdidavits are so damning why hasn't Trump been found guilty, I mean affidavits mean guilt in their eyes right now.

And since he hasn't been found guilty, and lying on an affidavit Carrie's a 15 year jail term, why have none of his accusers been persecuted to the full extent of the law?

You can't have it both ways.

Just like you can't have the media announce Trump won in 2016 and be cool with it but when they announce Biden in 2020 say, no that's not how it works, we don't know who won until the Electoral College votes unless your a damned hypocrite.

Double standards everywhere!

There has been a ruling regarding Wayne County.

In a ruling issued Friday, Wayne County Judge Timothy Kenny said plaintiffs' interpretation of events at TCF Center were “incorrect and not credible.”
"“Plaintiffs' affiants did not have full understanding of TCF absent ballot tabulation.”
Judge Kenny denied all motions, including one for an independent audit.

Rotflmao!

You guys... falling for the distraction... thanks for confirming Trumps strategy is working.

Watch what happens when the HAMMER comes down, and the SCORECARD changes back to where it should be. Trump will have DOMINION over the fraudsters once and for all.

Well given that the Hammer and the Scorecard have been debunked as a fallacy, we don't have to worry about that. Sorry, did you not get the memo?

Her claims don't hold any water considering the photo, she herself shared on her facebook shows that she was not maintaining a 6ft distance as claimed and the supervisor was right in admonishing her.

That could easily be 6ft from the ballots, who could read from there?

It isn't about her being able to read them, she is claiming that she was told to stand back by a Dem supervisor and claimed that is was political because she never strayed 6ft within anyone else. There's no way she is 6ft from those in the photo. Methinks the lady doth protest too much!
