So we now have 134 pages of affidavits, swearing of voter fraud.

First off let's look at the numbers. Considering the examples we've been shown it is safe to assume the majority of these are more than a page long, this means there are likely less that 117 actually sworn testimonies here.

Now, what about the content? After all, there are hefty penalties for lying in an affidavit. But what about if your sworn affidavit was just your opinion?

That's the case with Braden Giacobazzi, a GOP poll watcher from Michigan, he swore in his affidavit that he thought military personnel 'tended to be more conservative' but noticed military ballots going Joe Biden's way. Is this really the kind of content usually contained within an affidavit?

And there's also the case of Jacqueline Zaplitny who claims she never went closer than 6 feet of those conducting the count and that a supervisor told her to get back.

Her claims don't hold any water considering the photo, she herself shared on her facebook shows that she was not maintaining a 6ft distance as claimed and the supervisor was right in admonishing her.

This photo was taken by a photographer on in the early hours of Wed 4th. She also complained there was a black man of "intimidating size" in a BLM shirt.

I'm fairly sure we will find more examples of this kind of thing the more the "fraud" is investigated...

Awesome tactic demonize, delegitimize all resistance and win. These folks don't deserve for you an armchair activist to attack and delitigimize their testimonies. How many have not come forward with concerns because of folks like you and folks like AOC and the lefts list.

nypost.com...

Wonder how many testimonies have been suppressed by the violent left.

affidavits

Are not as good as people want them to be.

Trump has 29 of them for sexual assault.
Calm down , I'm not attacking trump or saying he is guilty, I'm just showing that a bunch of affidavits do not mean that a person is guilty. They are really only one step up from an allegation.

Is this really the kind of content usually contained within an affidavit?

Yes. affidavit really is just a fancy word for allegation.

I lot of the allegations can be easily verified in this same way.
there were tons of watchers and cameras recording everything.

You can find live streams of most counts on youtube.

That is exactly what Trump did by calling the US Democratic Process into question. I understand the tactic of accusing your perceived enemy of the things your side is guilty of only too well, nice try though.

You also made a few leaps in logic, for example, I'm not an armchair activist, I am involved in politics at a local level.

And then you compare me to AOC 🤣😂🤣, that's just pathetic. I'm pretty central when it comes to US Politics and I didn't want Trump or Biden to win. Only one side is making America look weak and foolish right now and it certainly isn't the Dems.

I read a Right leaning poster say on another thread that you face up to 5 years in jail for lying on an affidavit?

Then you know the value of being married to a reporter. Its common practice to find a good reporter to marry. Wonder why not one single media reporter has condemned AOC and the list. The media is supposed to report and protect the people when tyranny is afoot.

I believe Tara's affidavits, do you? She is a liberal, but was slandered, delegitimized, called names, and denied justice because folks like you choose to take this tactic against someone when they come forward.

I haven't slandered anyone or delegitimized them. The two people who's affidavits I called into question, do you really feel their testimony will stand up? Those are 2 I fully expect to be cast aside and rightly so

No you bundled the two weakest testimonies you could find to delgitimize the rest. Your title clearly says 234 pages followed with the presumption that all testimonies are equal to the credibility of one you have a problem with and wont hold up in court.

I'm not sure people understand the whole affidavit thing.
They are similar to testifying under oath in court.
In michigan its a felony to lie on an affidavit punishable with up to 15 years in jail.
Not something to take lightly.

There were several used in the kavanaugh hearing.
That's where the contents become important.

In his hearing, the witnesses were saying things like "I think I remember seeing them together...maybe...not sure"

In this case it's more solid.
One of these says that a poll worker ran a stack of 27 ballots through the machine at least 5 times with the number taped over.

Heard that on a podcast so I don't have the link..
It's in this 234 pages.

I gave the main examples from the quoted article. I bet a lot of what you write wouldn't stand up in court either, just as well this is an open web forum!

There will be the odd genuine example but the voting fraud will be on both sides of the political divide.

So you're saying that both sides are cheating so ignore it?

Sorry, but when states are being won by a margin of a few thousand votes, I want every possible vote counted correctly.
This is the second straight election where fraud has been claimed so it's time to clean up the process.

Quite the opposite, all voter fraud should be weeded out but unlike more than half of the members here, I expect Libs and Dems to be guilty.

Have you read any of them?

If not, you’re foolish for your comment.

Read them. I don’t expect you to read all of them, but scroll through and read some. Read some in the beginning, middle, and end.

Then, come back and tell us why you are ok with what went on there in Michigan. Why in the hell would a sane person want to downplay all of that egregious and in some cases illegal behavior?

There are so many of them, and they are all so similar in what they described, that’s it’s pretty ignorant and unreasonable to say the things you’re saying.
