None of these votes are in the count.

They are votes that were never counted.

Sounds more like giving Trump a placebo.

As Opeth already posted above.

First things first is how these cases are handled. This had to be gotten out of the way before the next challenge.

He is going to win with ABC..

Do you mean Amy Coney Barret? If so, do you really think the Supremes make their rulings based on who appointed them or political loyalty? If so, SCOTUS has truly been delegitimized by this president. I can understand why you would think that, because Trump thinks the judges and justices are "his", and has said so many times. But, unless he has dirt on them, that's just a Trumpian fantasy.

Right now, there isn't anything here getting anywhere close to SCOTUS.

Why dont you trot on and let him be..

Let who be? The OP isn't that sensitive. So, you must mean that I should let Trump be...'cuz he's too fragile for the bitter truth.

I have the popcorn ready..

I can see why popcorn would be necessary, in such a case.

Interesting.

I have my doubts though.

I just honestly think that the evil democrats have gamed this through and will get the presidency one way or another.

I think the only issue we’re gonna have with the Supreme Court is if religion is involved.

With the political climate as it is, I would expect that if the scotus chooses to hear a case after it has been heard at the state supreme court, there will be sufficient cause to do so. They are going to steer as clear of politics as possible in their rulings, although they will still get backlash.

Right now, there isn't anything here getting anywhere close to SCOTUS.

Correct. The scotus will not even hear it until it has been through the state level courts.

I agree. Trump has an uphill battle all the way. This win is one small step in a flurry of litigation about to be unleashed, and I suspect we'll be seeing the Biden team filing their own before too long.

ETA: Trump does have a chance, but at this point it's looking slim. A lot depends on the next challenge in the PA supreme court.

I still think Biden ends up president, BUT it starts with a win in the courts.

Now that judge has opened the door to other judges in other cases to go well someone broke ranks.

The key will be the supreme court IF they rule on the Penn Supreme court ignoring state law for... Reasons.

That’s great, IF they kept all of those ballots separate from the others. Bet they didn’t.

Judges are supposed to rule based on interpretation of the law, not based on loyalty to whomever appointed them. I don’t like it when either party does that- do you??

Our state representative Russ diamond sent an email saying they are investigating voting malarkey may not effect this election but he wants this bs purged from our state... says enough to me especially he notes on all the legitimate lawsuits filed before and after the elections and was well off to say has new outside investigators that are not from dept of state or in our own government with subpoena power.

Why would you have an issue with spirit? If you mean organised religion well then yes that’s different. Spirit is what can give people the spark of life. Do you have spirit?

Part of gaming it through is to get folks to be resolved to their win by cheating. Good job, DBC- one less for them to worry about. ☹️

I have no issues with Trump refusing to concede and want to go the route of investigating until it becomes detrimental to this country then he needs to think about the greater good.

My argument on this thread and others that have been shown to be hoaxes, inaccurate or just lies is that if ATS is based on finding the truth then why do these threads continue on as if they are accurate?

GA is to maintain the Senate, PA is for the Presidency.

As you can see, this is the route the GOP and Trump must fight for if they are to have a chance next term.

Now you see the massive litigation in those States.

Excellent Thread to the OP.

"You're all looking at it the wrong way, you're thinking that Trump is gonna strictly go through the courts and if two conservatives defect and it turns out to be four to five, your thinking that's the end, no! This is a national security issue and their going to unravel this and Trump will be declared the winner. That's the only outcome..."

And those same voting machines were used in Penn too, as they were in all the battleground states where Biden fraud took place.

What voting machines? Why are you changing the subject? This is about them changing the deadline.

At least your thread isn't an outright hoax like so many Trump Being Cheated threads on TDS , damn it I mean ATS , right now.
It seems you left some key points about this victory out though so let me help you.

"A Pennsylvania state judge ruled Thursday in favor of the Trump campaign and ordered the state not to count some mail-in ballots that were missing proof of identification and cured during an extended deadline—but the ruling will not change the vote count as it currently stands and will not impact Joe Biden’s win in the state."

www.forbes.com... ffc46c12

"None of the votes affected by the ruling had yet been included in the state’s official tally – which as of Thursday had Joe Biden at a 54,000-vote advantage over Trump," the paper reported. "But it was unclear just how many ballots statewide would now be thrown out."

Wow, the OP missed out some tasty information. Bias is a terrible thing. Imagine trying to mislead people like that.
