Biden is seeking donations toward a goal of 30m.

You can help him there. However, why does he need money for legal help if this is all wrapped up?

Biden just declared for Arizona.

Wil Trumpists please just give it up?

You lost. Trump is a world class embarrassment.

For goodness sakes people?

Maybe, but the corruption/impropriety/fraud is rife in this cycle and after 4 years of "Russia helped Trump" then we need to get this ironed out before we declare anyone a winner.

I mean this is the last change the Left will have to get trump in legal trouble for "destroying our democracy".

Unless the accusation was all a sham like the evidence shows?

But he has clearly and emphatically lost?

Just a Brit's perspective. From here this is a laughing stock.

What I don't get is that there is even a mod here calling the source a hoax.

You would think...

Speaking very specifically as a moderator: We are members too, have opinions and can participate within threads. In doing so we do not moderate those threads unless an extreme exception: like someone posted child porn and the post is then removed and member that did is posting banned...which typically another mod with handle...and yes similar has happened.

But more important than the staff allowed to be members too, is to allow the members to be members by presenting a point, having open discussions and honest debate, all without the staff exercising too much editorial control. So while the child porn mentioned above isn’t going to fly (and no reasonable person will disagree that any mad should remove it whether the6 participated in the thread or not) the staff absolutely should not use editorial controls to “express their opinion” that we have available with staff tools.

This is why in thread requests to “hoax this thread” are not generally discussed by the staff. Outside of the off chance of it being noticed and commented as, well they have something to discuss now. The “I don’t like this thread so it must be disappeared.” has zero merit nor appeal for the staff. Truth be told, we all have different forums we think would be better if gone completely, yet they remain because we understand that some people like them.

What electors have cast their votes currently?

I know, but they could at least point it out to other mods so they can vote on it.

"It is based on a hoax" isn't the same as “I don’t like this thread so it must be disappeared.”

It doesn't have to be nuked, just moved to the hoax bin where people can continue to enjoy it.

...okay, less subtle...

File a complaint on the thread through the proper method of the alert button, with all the justifications for thorough review. Just be aware that often times the subject is left for members to discuss to draw their own conclusions. Since the criteria threshold for hoax is pretty high (imagine that on a conspiracy site) typically it takes identification as a deliberate hoax...a good example being the Jerusalem UFO story a few years ago seeing how only that video existed of one of the most continuously observed places on Earth being a holy spot for three major religions and all.

All moderator actions are always part of a review process that involves all staff from Mods to owners.

As Ahabstar points out if you wish to trigger a review, the alert button will flag ALL staff to review

And I'm saying the mod participating in the thread, and calling the source a hoax, could do just that, maybe with a little more credibility.

May I remind you that mods are first and foremost ATS members just like everybody else and entitled to post or NOT post as they see fit as long as they stay within the terms and conditions of the thread. If you are concerned by a staff members actions please hit an alert. It goes to a forum where ALL staff including Mods, Admin and owners can weight in.

Aside from that please stay on topic or file a complaint like Ahabstar suggested to trigger that review

You don't need you to remind me and I'm not complaining about any mod's actions.

I simply stated that a mod seeing a thread based on a hoax, like this thread (hopefully on topic enough), could trigger a review as easily as a member and maybe with a little more credibility.

I guess it doesn't matter if a hoax generating traffic gets a pass.

He has clearly lost, and it's a laughing stock here as well. What's even funnier is that somehow this person was able to brainwash around half of the American public... from Twitter.

Still not accepting that Trump lost and Biden won?

Most Brit's still think that Republicans who won't accept this are simply deluded.

Honestly, give this nonsense up.

Quite simply, the World is watching and laughing at you. Except us reserved Brit's who are just muttering "Tut Tut" under our breaths and quietly shaking our heads in disbelief and sending funny Trump memes to eachother. Mostly.

Luckily for me, I don't care what most Brits think. I'll even let you in on a little secret. I dont care what most Americans think.

Did you think you were going to shame me into compliance? No, no. Ill leave that to most of the Brits and Americans.

Part of our problem is most Americans don't think to begin with.

*modern humans

The species, as a whole, was about as bright as a match in a hurricane at our pinnacle... that common sense and intelligence has been on the downward slide since the development of the microchip and at the species current rate, mankind will likely return tot he trees to throw feces and bang sticks together within 10 generations.
