Interesting, although this is still a huge uphill battle for Trump.

The only thing I'd like to see happen right now is for SCOTUS to slap every court that made rulings that affected state election laws, as these should be rendered unconstitutional. Only the state legislatures can make the election laws for their state...not the court. And any ballot, Republican or Democrat, that was counted as a result of a court's decision on what constitutes a legal ballot should be made null and subtracted from the vote count.

Ten Attorneys General file brief with U.S. Supreme Court, two more states file separate briefs, over Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruling

Chairman of the Committee, Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., said, “We’re now finding potentially that 25,000 nursing home residents in different nursing homes requested mail-in ballots at the exact same time.”

“You can’t ballot harvest in Pennsylvania,” Graham added. “What are the odds that 25,000 people in different locations of the same age group requested at the same time a ballot? Somebody is up to no good in these nursing homes.”

Many mainstream media outlets declared Democrat Joe Biden president-elect on Saturday, after they projected victories in Pennsylvania and Nevada and reported those states gave Biden 290 Electoral College votes.

To date, no Electoral College votes have been certified.

No winner or loser until certification Folks ... No matter what the MSM says ....

No wonder the Democratic Governors stuffed Nursing Homes with WuHan Flu ... hmmmm ....

I don’t remember the censorship from the right, perhaps bcz I never had much interest in movies, games, etc.
But in general conservatives are for 1st Amendment, anti censorship while the left is much more intolerant to others views. Censorship, cancel culture, intimidation and even physical assault to quell the free speech are the mark of left

Those of us old enough do remember especially when it came to music. The right even banned groups from playing in cities. When rap first came around they reeed hard about the lyrics. They took bands to court because it was devil music that was causing suicides. According to them.
The right would be just as oppressive as the left if they had the chance. 2020 they are anticensorship but in a few years, you will see they are just as bad. The pendulum swings. Just wait till they have something they want control over.

The left used to be the ones who were tolerant and stood up for the 1st amendment. Not now but rolls will switch soon enough. The right-wing used to be prudes that hated anything that didn't conform to their values.

To be fair, a lot of the 80’s music censorship was spearheaded by the Washington Wives when they formed the PMRC. It was a brilliant failure in that they achieved getting albums sticker’d with the Parental Advisory stickers, which drove album sales up for almost every single album that had that sticker on it.

I’m sure once rap started making it’s way into popularity in the 90’s, there were plenty of right-leaning people pissed off, especially after NWA’s “F*ck Tha Police” and Ice T’s “Cop Killa”, I was just too busy learning Ozzy songs on guitar to pay attention.

As I said there is a pendulum. Right now the left are censorship crazy and they are even worse than the prudes on the right from the 80s. The right at the moment are all "free speech" 1st amendment advocates. They were not so enthusiastic when there was piss Jesus or was it a cross.

Mt point is that neither side is the bastion of freedom and protector of the constitution though they can be and have been at times. It may be a generational thing. My father growing up had to deal with both sides hating Elvis Pressly hot rods and greasers. Even the hippies grew up to be a bit prudish against my generation and the 80s where heavy metal was devil music. Now I see internet censorship as one of the worst things to be going on, but I may be wrong. To be honest the right thing to do may not be to fight it and instead out-innovate them with competition like bitchute and then an option that can compete with Twitter. That would be more in line with the constitution and the values of free market than trying to force private companies into acting like public utilities.

Back to the pendulum. I could see a future where the right gets a handle on innovating and running platforms like Twitter and Youtube where they become even more tyrannical than the current ones. They just need to make something more appealing than what is currently there.

Here’s a bit of irony for you, Bitchute was deplatformed by their server on election night.

"It looks like we've been deplatformed on some critical infrastructure that has taken the site offline," BitChute announced Tuesday afternoon. "We're trying to speak to people and find out more before saying more than that. So far we have received some very general account account termination — BitChute (@bitchute) November 3, 2020 Nearly every last right-wing dissident who was banned off YouTube over the past three years has shifted over to BitChute.

I disagree with both of you guys on your premises that there is pendulum and is equal on both sides. You may find fringe examples on the right doing propaganda or censorship or free speech suppression. But the left has it in its dna, is part of its core and is mainstream.
Litmus test is how far is either willing to go to suppress the free speech. Was the right burning buildings and physically attacked the members of the bands to the point of cancelling concerts? Well the left did that on numerous occasions to prevent conservatives to speak on campuses. They beat a journalist, attacked people in restaurants, even children and teenagers are fair game to be attacked and destroyed if they wear a MAGA hat. I hope you will not defend or excuse these facts by saying it’s a pendulum and is equivalent on both sides

To show you how dumb the media is, yesterday they wanted Biden to sue Trump for not giving him all he needs to transition.

"Mr. P-elect, why don't you take the Administration to court, and force them to help you?"

Sue the Administration, when he's no more the winner of the election than Trump or Jorgeson at this point?

The media KNOWS that Joe Didn't win fair and square. MSM and Pollsters were part of the SCAM.

They didn't say they were de-platformed. They said their site went down and "it looks like" they may have been de-platformed. They didn't make a definitive claim.

Have you considered that maybe they did it to get attention or that they simply screwed up?

Actually they did say that they were deplatformed, it was on a ticker, on their site yesterday saying exactly that. Something may have changed since yesterday I suppose but they did state that. Since the site has gotten back up the ticker is no longer there.

I stand by my position. The right is not above doing what the left do and vise versa. One of the extreme examples was McCarthyism. Maybe you didn't know that The Catcher in the Rye was the most censored book in the United States in both libraries and schools. The right even went after comic books in the 50s. How about Nixon going after the NYT threatening to have journalists indicted for treason for publishing the Pentagon papers. Also look up the Communications Decency Act of 1996 or the Child Online Protection Act of 1998. When Janet Jackson flashed a tit at a Superbowl halftime game the right nearly lost their collective minds going after all things media. In fact, the ACLU has struck down over a dozen censorship laws passed by states designed to restrict the first amendment online. You can disagree all you want, but history has recorded the truth. The right can be just as tyrannical as the left.
