It is way beyond belief (pun intended)...

There is plenty of evidence online readily available from a google search if you are sincerely looking for it. I'm not saying it is 'proof beyond doubt', but that is only necessary in court.

But there is absolutely plenty enough evidence to warrant a serious investigation, and recounts in all of the battleground states, as well as many others (any that are using the dominion software for starters).

Anywhere BUT the MSM, in fact I won't even go NEAR MSM sources anymore... Most of the time you can safely believe the exact opposite of what the "news" is telling you and you will be closer to the truth than the average joe...

This is one of those controversial topics that few like to discuss and everyone will give you a different answer. (watch the response to this post...) One thing you MUST realize though, the MSM is GOING to deceive you if you allow them to. This is an irrefutable FACT.

In U.S. Army Intelligence, I was trained that the truth most often lies in the exact opposite direction of the public rhetoric. You must learn this technique if you are to successfully glean the truth from news reports.

Secondly, to assist in the cover-up of information that has leaked out through other sources. In other words, Damage Control. Thirdly, as a weapon to assassinate the characters of those who expose the practices of the Establishment. Also, to act as a firewall to prevent information detrimental to the elite's control from reaching the public. Finally, to continue to reinforce mainstream accounts of current and historical events. The mainstream news essentially serves as a primary tool for social conditioning or mind-control.

A person that gets most information from the MSM will usually have an emotional reaction to ideas that challenge their comfortable world view. It has little to do with the validity of this or that conspiracy theory. The inability to think critically is symptomatic of the stupor that TV news, pop culture and advertising puts you in. Get used to it.

Sources which USED to be considered respectable by everyone...no longer are. The NYT and WAPO have completely lost their credibility due to being caught so many times pushing their own agendas, faking news and quoting anonymous sources which don't exist. Honestly,...with the exception of, maybe, LOCAL newspapers doing their own reporting...I doubt it's really even possible anymore, to find ANY news source that everyone trusts and respects.

I would argue though that truth usually lies somewhere in between the pushed narrative and its counter.

Break the Left vs. Right Paradigm

THE BATTLE IS NOT BETWEEN LEFT AND RIGHT

Trump has now lost in more that twenty court cases.

They have been thrown out due to lack of evidence.

If you can't present the evidence, then the case gets thrown out.

If there was any reliable evidence out there, we would have heard about it already. People keep speculating that Trump's legal team isn't presenting its evidence because it doesn't want to tip its hand, or because it's saving the evidence for the supreme court, or it plans to surprise the other side with the evidence later. That is not how our legal system works.

Appellate courts in this country, including the Supreme Court, generally do not hear new evidence; appellate courts are limited to reviewing the evidentiary record established in the trial court. If a party does not raise certain evidence in the trial court, that evidence is generally considered waived and will be unavailable to present on appeal, including in the Supreme Court.

Moreover, when alleging fraud, parties have to allege fraud "with particularity" (see Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 9(b)). That generally means that, when presenting their opening complaint in the trial court, parties must specifically allege the "who, what, when, where" of the fraud and put forth enough specific facts about said fraud for the court to determine that it plausibly occurred. And even when not alleging fraud, parties still must put forth enough specific facts about the illegal acts that they are alleging for the court to determine that those acts plausibly occurred. If parties do not meet this bar, their case will be dismissed, and they will not be able to put forward new facts or evidence on appeal. If the pro-Trump lawyers had as many reliable affidavits and other evidence as they claim, they would be appending those documents to their complaints. Otherwise, no judge is going to allow these cases to go forward.

Parties simply do not and cannot withhold all of their facts and evidence at the outset and expect their case to move forward or expect an appellate court to consider those facts and evidence later. If Trump's legal team had any smoking-gun evidence (or any evidence at all), such evidence would have been put forward already because those lawyers are well aware that they will not be able to put forward that evidence later.
