They did with other states as well like RI

The algorithms take into account the make up of the precincts left to report. If the 50% uncounted for are heavy blue than it doesn't matter if Trump is ahead right now; he won't hold that lead.

Now you could hope that even in heavy blue precincts Trump is going to win over a lot of liberals; but I wouldn't count on it.


My question is why do blue precincts always seem to lag in reporting?
