If I'm any example, quite a few, though they wouldn't admit it and alienate friends.

Trump has yuge flaws and an army of knuckle draggers worshiping him (along with perfectly nice, normal people, I know). He's also easy to paint as a fascist wannabe... but IS he? I also wish the guy could give a little and at least TRY to bring the country back together instead of acting like a snide frat boy.

But as the Dems went full on swamp and picked the worst, psuedo safest choice, and especially after what they did in '16 to the first semi-honest politician in decades, they've lost me.

I wish we had a decent candidate that was compassionate, honest, wise, capable and had a vision of the future that was inspiring, but we work with what "they" give us. Maybe in 2024, if we're still around.

this post deserves more attention IMHO.

I wonder, what could Trump do to make the left agree to work with the right to better the nation? I mean, short of self terminate, or step down. Honest question.

I'm still trying to figure out why so many people freaking out are young, white women. What exactly about society has them so angry and disenfranchised? It's as if they are angry at the world.

Americans lives have changed so much in the past 100 years, and I guess we are still trying to find an equilibrium between the sexes, and I truly believe a large percentage of young men and women are very confused about their place in society.

The video you shared appears to be about liberal meltdowns when I have seen this nastiness on both sides. And the pro-Trump crowd are the ones in here most guilty of it.

When you convince people they are the most oppressed group ever, they get mad at the imaginary injustice of it all.

It's hard to go against the grain. I get it. I've had a habit of it since early on in life, but I think mine came because I spent a year being the one kid in the class everyone picked on. My survival mechanism was to simply not care and decide I was going to do what I decided was good for me.

Somewhere along the way, I started noticing how easily people fell in with groups because they wanted to be liked and feel like a part of something. I won't lie. I still feel that urge. I really, really do, but I simply remind myself of the pain when the ones in the group decide they won't have you even when you try your best to do everything right.

When I see so many forces all aligned like this ... it makes me suspicious. And it makes me not want to cooperate.

I looked for a conservative meltdown video just like the one I posted, hoping to represent both extremes, and couldn't find any. If you can, by all means post it.

I'm pretty sure there have to be some out there. When you're political system is 50/50, it's even odds which side any one nut is going to fall out on.

Lifelong left leaning liberal who was going to vote Biden, despite knowing he was a corrupt swamp creature, until I really started to absorb the multi-pronged corporate media attack on Trump.

Trump really is a narcissist and a nepotist, and he's not draining the corruption as far as I can tell, but he isn't enabling the corporate war machine, nor the outsourcing of our manufacturing and has exposed the bias in our media. I asked myself if I was okay with the spin since it went with my views, and my answer is no... unbiased truth matters.

Weird election year.

I wasn't a very big fan of Trump back in 2015/16. The constant attack from the media is what pushed me behind him.

I wonder how many other Trump voters the media has ironically created with their nonstop partisan bias.

Me. I am a natural rebel and I love an under dog. I was on Trumps side as soon as I saw how unfair he was treated.
Lucky for me, he believes he is doing the right thing. And I agree

I agree, the conservatives have totally gone lunatic.

Oh, you disagree? Go eat a bag of male reproductive organs. Your opinion does not top my opinion!

You would think so...

...but this is about as close as I can get so far, and she's not near hysterical enough.

Exactly. Well said. The constant, frantic attacks got me suspicious, too.

Being a non- joiner, supporter of the underdog and going against the crowd has been a life long fixation for me ... and it's anti-social at it's core, I think, which causes some introspection.

I dislike elitists... but the line between elitists and individualists is really thin.

Anyway, this stupid election has encouraged some deep questions... so that's likely a good thing.

I listed out some thoughts, like emphasize his draw back on militaristic expansionism, reassure us libs he wasn't planning genocide or paving all the old growth forests; and then realized even IF the guy tried reconciliation it wouldn't get airplay.

But he could try to be less of an a-hole, heh. The people still have more in common than not, and a real statesman could manage it.

I think videos like these are selected for the shock or humor value. These were used to make all Biden supporter look insane, and there are others that are used in the same manner to make Trump supporters look equally insane, but mostly gun touting idolizers, wanting to shoot anything or anyone that looks anti-Trump.

I don't care even a little bit about who wins the election, it is nothing but a dog and pony show, but I am very upset at how the media has been able to manipulate and control the minds of so many people around the world.

If we remain oblivious and continue to ignore the dangers that come from the media and social media, we will be prisoners in a world gone mad and under the control of a virtual empire. Just a data generator in the Matrix.

TDS has been incubated, birthed and nurtured very well by the MSM for 5 years, this is what happens to those with weak minds and poor emotional stability.

My sources say if Biden wins there are already operations to target trump supporters.

Go after them personally as well as their business.

Bottom line the left and Democrats started this mentality.

I used to think that, and also chalked it up to just weak minded emotionally unstable people.

But I think we have ignored the death of too many canaries, because I am seeing people I have admired and respected falling victim to the insidious power of the internet.

Recently, I had the displeasure of reading a post on our very own ATS by a member who is so full of hatred and bitterness that he said he would deny someone with a specific political view medical services that might save their life. What troubles me is that he is not alone. There is a growing segment of our population full of fear, hatred, bitterness, and self-loathing. They are being manipulated by corporate media and social platforms as well as "educational" institutions that care nothing about anyone's well-being. They only care about their agenda.

The following video is a sampling of a growing percentage of people who are increasingly out of touch with reality to varying degrees. Paranoia, cognitive dissonance, emotional and mental instability is incapacitating these people. We could end up with a sizeable percentage of a whole generation of people who simply cannot develop functional maturity and responsibility for themselves or anyone else.

Seriously folks, if you find yourself in this frame of mind, seek help and counseling. We here at ATS often have a good laugh at these videos, but this could become much more serious than any of us realizes.

I feel the same way but on the opposite end. I want to gather up all of Antifa, BLM and the Biden gang and put them in prison or put to death for being treasonous bastards.

You nerds act like you've never watched Battlestar Galactica.

It's the only way.

I almost see this as a medical problem.
How many people in their 20s have spent most of their lives on high-powered psychoactives like ritlan, SSRIs, adderall...? (And that's just the legal stuff),

Sometime starting in the 90s it became mainstream acceptable to throw pills at kids if they were acting a little rambunctious or moody. They were encouraged to see their problems not as character issues or challenges to be overcome through force of will, but as boutique pathologies. The result: thirty year olds who go into shrieking babbling weeping hysterics because after all they have been told since age six they have "emotional isaues' which apparently excuses them from rational discourse and behaviour. Let's also not forget the stew of psychopharmacological meds their frontal lobes have been gently marinating in since grade school.

We all knew you someday these chickens would come home to roost.
