Probably using the pcr test.
People at the top saying it's super reliable, when it's not?

Just think of the head games alone, when someone releases the statement that you may die, become sterile, blow up your heart, melt your lungs and kill your puppy etc...
if you have ANY common cold symptoms.
..then confirming this is the case with bunko testing.

Really surprised hospitals didn't actually overflow in a line down the street.
...a line of street fights trying to get through the door first.

I know it's subversive. Fighting the cold right now, and the little niggling voice in the back of my mind is pernicious, but at the same time, I'm not short of breath, no cough, no fever after the first day ...

Bah, you just gotta remind the little voice, usually the part of ourselves that tends to resort to Chicken Little approaches with enough outside manipulation, to cram it -- it ain't the boss

I've been sneezing my ass off the past week. It doesn't mean I have the made-up Plague 2.0, though, it just means it's fall and whatever makes me sneeze every year is at it again. I.e normal bodily reaction for me for a seasonal change period (probably the ragweed, considering time of year) If I were a weaker willed person, I might give in to the paranoia to get tested because ermahgerd, I sneerzed, it must be covid < rolls eyes and makes obscene gesture related to the crotch >

You should probably switch over to paper contact lists after that statement

I find it kind of wild that when out in public you don't hear any of the normal disgusting coughing, hacking and sneezing anymore.
It's like the crying baby in the theater syndrome.

Don't mind me, I've got this $1,200 stimulus check to risk investing in the stock market, everything is going to be okay. Wait, where is it? It was my only hope making it through the winter when business drops seasonally and the virus surges.

I'd better go get a check up or ask the Doctor for as many months of refills on medication as legally possible because my Medicaid is going to get pulled after the new SCOTUS judge takes her seat.

The purposes of this whole charade were to #1) see how enslaved we are and #2) get rid of coin and paper $.

This just began, their faked coin shortage hasn't played out yet and they still have to demonize paper money as the ultimate disease vector.

Be patient it takes a few years to transition.

I'm one of those serial spit inhalers, usually happens when I'm talking. For a time, I stifled coughing in public when I did that, until it dawned on me that here I was, risking a lung infection from said inhaled fluid in there, to make someone else feel sufficiently bubble-wrapped. Well, so much for "think of others" load of bull#, nobody bothered to think of WHY someone else would cough and what might happen over time if they don't. Hmm, now that's not very "considerate" of these nagging harpy folks, is it?

Thus, I decided, # 'em. I quit stifling that reflexive lung-clearing cough reaction. I'd much rather Neurotic Nadine clutch the proverbial pearls & have a bout of the vapors than me actually developing something like pneumonia from inhaling my own mouth juice because they were too much of a giant baby to live with an organ doing it's protective thing.

Really? Europe doesn't look under control to me.

With Europe now reporting more coronavirus cases than the United States, Brazil and India, according to World Health Organization figures, many governments are closing down pubs and bars or limiting their opening hours in the hope of avoiding wider lockdowns.

That was two days ago. If they had "handled it right", why are they having more cases now than the US?

I'm afraid you will have to wait until this new data can be fed into the CNN supercomputer and an appropriate response can be given. (also known as idiot talking points) All in good time.

It doesn't matter what the WHO says now, people have been conditioned to wear masks everywhere they go. Since Whitmer got bitch-slapped by the Michigan SC, I've seen MORE people wearing masks in the stores I've been in. Except for one today...

We were in a pet store at the checkout and there were two women behind us. A guy and his wife walked in without masks. The cashier asked if they had masks, he said no. The cashier said they were welcome to take free paper masks but they walked by the table and he mumbled "I don't believe in masks" and kept going. One of the women started to say something to him and I said "Don't give him any shi* about it, he already looks riled up and you'll just start a commotion." She didn't like it and started to say something and I just said "No, don't start a problem where there isn't one. It's not worth it." Aside from the guy disobeying a store policy of course. She said "my friend is an ICU nurse..." I said I don't care, don't start an argument in the store. It's not worth it. Had I thought about it sooner I would also have said "You're wearing a mask, right? Don't worry about him." The reason I said this part was because I'm tired of people being a**holes about the smallest thing. It seems like a daily occurrence that someone goes off the deep end and creates a violent situation.

Most of us know this is not as deadly as they claimed at first, the scientific community appears to have gotten the treatments wrong at the beginning which ended up killing a lot of people. You can't really blame them either, they didn't know what the proper treatment would be AND there was so much wrong information put out by the WHO and the CDC. The contagiousness of this strain prevented fast enough action at the time. So we know how to treat it now. It's still dangerous to some, not at all to others.

Our daughter is pregnant and I was ripped by my wife the other day for throwing a fit about not wearing a mask in a store. I forgot it and didn't have a spare in my car. I ended up getting a throw-away just to keep the peace. I'm not terribly worried about us getting it, but if we did because I wasn't masked up and had to stay away from our daughter through her first pregnancy my wife wouldn't forgive me for it. Thanks in part to the WHO, misinformation about it still leads discussions. I don't think we'll know the truth for years.

“Spectator TV” who are they, Little trust in a face on a video with a rambling diatribe
Offered no medical or scientific information at all, bit of a joke really

www.who.int...
Nothing on WHO site suggesting the video is real
Now, I am dubious of this covid virus but clearly, WHO is not saying end the lockdown
And incidentally, where I live, we don’t have covid, masks, sanitisers or any of these issues, life as normal, just no travel without isolation for two weeks

Best place on earth

Just type lockdowns into their search engine on the WHO site you included and it pops up some things that say pretty much what the video says. Didn't you actually run a search on that site?

This makes me think we should lock down. WHO has been either dead wrong or at least wrong timing from the start.

This is the organization who encouraged the world to allow travel from Wuhan to nations all over the planet, while discouraging the use of masks. The whole thing could have been stopped dead in its tracks early on.

I thought that WHO saying countries ending lockdowns would be front page news globally, not hidden in the straw
I actually placed a link of the WHO headlines, not there and as for your word, nah, sorry, not buying it, no linky poohs, don’t believe yoous

Me too...but as the doctor Ryan from WHO revealed, this WuFlu is not even worse than the regular flu we used to get every year...so i guess they will have their annual corona vaccine shot soon for this, which dont make any sense....but like with flu , many people will want to have it so they can breath again and relax lol

Kenzo, your avatar disturbs me. He's one actor I can't look at because he's so good at what he does, he creeps me out just being his normal self.

Aside from that little tidbit, at this point a total lockdown would cause world-wide chaos and violence. People can only be shut down for so long before they rebel. I reached that point on Thursday and pissed my wife off very badly with my behavior when I forgot to grab a mask before we went to town. (the fish store incident was yesterday) For whatever reason, being mostly secluded for the last nine months finally got to me and my behavior was ugly. I am not proud of my anger or my stubbornness.

I still don't think the WHO has gotten much of anything right, nor have most countries including ours. Why? We are so much further advanced medically & scientifically than we were in 1918, yet they were able to get through that and that virus died off. Honestly I have to point a finger at politicians around the globe for politicizing the virus instead of focusing solely on the problem. Politicians like Trump who could have done a lot better handling things, Democrat mayors and governors that put their citizens to death by ordering Covid patients in with elderly, former administrations for not keeping on top of PPE supplies, people themselves for disregarding common health practices and spreading the virus in buses, trains, subways, protests, etc. while thumbing their nose at the world.

I have learned one thing about this from a personal perspective, as much as I try to be a positive, good person there is a very ugly, mean side to me that still comes out when pushed. I don't like that. It's a survival instinct I suppose, I don't have to like it though.
