So things are getting even weirder than they have been. We've all dealt with a lot over the past several months. I try to stay grounded, and to spend as much time outdoors and in my own domain as possible. My family has suffered numerous losses over the last 8 months. Job losses, deaths in the family, uncertainty about employment, changes of location, changes of career and/or retirement.

My anxiety level fluctuates hour by hour, day by day.

I'd say right now I'm at about a 4. Three days ago I was a 9.

Do you recognize your anxiety? What's been your experience with it?

Scale of one to ten: One is nope zero anxiety; ten is unable to cope.

Just wondering.

Well I'm looking for work.
So I guess in a way my anxiety level is over 50%.
But I got a roof over my head and got some food in the refrigerator.
What little benefit I get from the US government it pays the basic expenses.
But definitely not enough to pay the other expenses.
So I guess it's kind of pretty much on target that my anxiety level is at 50%.

2020 has been a very low anxiety year for me. I'm sorry that so many people are having a crappy year, but it has been a very good one for me.

My anxiety level flucuates in direct proportion to the availability of whiskey.

Yes, so do I.

Yep we get nothing from the US government.

Jack Daniel's Tennessee Honey here.
Without it I'd probably be an 8.

I'm sure that my heavy drinking has been helping. I don't know how to say what has made this year so great without appearing to brag.

I'm doing good. Cautiously optimistic.
Just pissed my parents who deserve their golden age relaxation are being spun up over the coronahoax.
I was enough of a hellion for them growing up.
They don't deserve psyopped by the clintonites.

Why would anyone on a conspiracy site no less, disclose such a personal pyschological marker??

Does discretion even exist anymore???

If you only have this conversation with your doctor, then HIPPA applies. That's a really good thing because the data hungry, ULTRA judgemental internet is the last place you want to divulge your personal psychological concerns. Believe me.

Strictly my own personal opinion and I completely empathize with anyone suffering from anything.

I don’t really have anxiety. What’s going to happen is going to happen.

I don't have time for anxiety - too busy with work-related stress, which varies but has never been unmanageable.

Regardless of how high the needle rises on the temperature gauge, I will stay calm until there is an absolute reason to react.

You are not doing yourself any favors letting things get to you that shouldn't.

I've been at pretty much a consistent 0/10 for the last 10 years. I'm not rich yet I have everything I want. No kids helps. And no TV. Ignorance is bliss!
