So you are okay with a county official sending out unsolitcited absentee ballots when they are only supposed to send them to the elderly and the handicapped. That's a load of mail in ballots floating around that nobody asked for and they certainly could be used for ballot harvesting in a number of ways

I'm not considering that vis a vis the account being described in the Original Post, they are mutually exclusive, you can have malfeasance as you are citing and a fabricated account which I think this one is.

After all,
if a family of 10 voting adults die in August - someone buys their house in September.
Then 10 non-requested mail-in votes arrive in the post.

Are you allowed to use them? They used to be alive and you know their dying wish was to vote.
How do you certify if they are filled in and returned correctly?
Should the be counted?

Don't get confused with voting in Absence ballots as to get one of those you had to identify yourself.

It is most likely mismanagement of registration and census data but think about it , even if they got a magical exact number of who is immediately dead or alive, with 60,000 people a day dying in the US that's 420,000 people just in this week of voting that would have ballots and neighbors and such would know to expect a sitting bailly although God knows how they coordinate this on a wide scale basis. All I know is why is it that every last comment I have seen in all four core harvesting scams the last week about partisanship have been Dems saying Reps are just as likely to be doing it?! That's what I was thinking, for anyone to be able to do it on a large scale there must be a fault somewhere in the process.
