A Biden Campaign operative in Texas is attempting to rig the 2020 election with the help of others in a massive ballot harvesting scheme, according to two private investigators who testified under oath that they have “video evidence, documentation and witnesses” to prove it. With the help of mass mail-in ballots, the illegal ballot harvesting operation could harvest 700,000 ballots, one Harris County Democrat operative allegedly bragged.

The investigators—a former FBI agent and former police officer—claim that Biden’s Texas Political Director Dallas Jones and his cohorts have been “hoarding mail-in and absentee ballots” and ordering operatives to them fill out for people in Harris County illegally, “including dead people, homeless people, and nursing home residents in the 2020 presidential election,” Patrick Howley of the National File reported.

I'm not going to pretend for one second that Republicans will not be just as guilty of this but good god... How much proof is needed to see that mail in voting is just asking for massive fraud?

Some of those middle east countries have the right idea. Go vote in person and dip your finger in indelible ink to show that you voted once and only once.

Require a state issued ID to vote.

Restrict mail in ballots for military, disabled/hospitalized/bedridden people and required a physician’s excuse verifying this.

Mail in ballot fraud is widespread and much more common than the Left claims. These cases are only the ones where people have been caught.

Who are the investigators testifying "under oath" to, I'm wondering, and does this influence their decision not to post/share their videos and findings (i.e. to avoid disrupting ongoing legal investigation)

The one document I saw was notarized and attested to by the person's relative alleging the claims. Texas doesn't preclude notaries from affixing their seal to a relative's legal documents so this can be considered a 'sworn statement' as the notary signed off on it.

Not really. You can vote absentee, die, then the election happens 4 months later and your vote counts the same as someone living and accounted for presenting themself in person on election day at their polling facility in their district. Its nuts. I say the federal election happens once every 4 years and its no secret on what day. Plan around it and show up in person unless you have more important matters than making your vote count.

You cannot vote four months in advance. Each state, as laid out by the Constitution, gets to determine how voting takes place in that state. You have a problem with the Constitution?

Honestly people, It's all under investigation. Like they're going to publicly release all the evidence and ruin the court case. It'll come out.

No where in the articles does it mention a court case or an investigation by authorities. The main document is an attestation signed off on by the person's relative.
