I think fire would be a pretty harsh way to be eliminated. Starvation would
suck.

Aren't we all scheduled to die? I would prefer to die with honor than to live
so long I can no longer hold on to my crap. Sadly we rarely get to choose how
we meet our end.

They always use that slow erosion technic don't they? No mass
murder no doomsday just slowly over time little by little and
no one ever noticing.

If you think it's far fetched hell I do to. Sounds like a great Sci fi.

I skimmed your post.

In a nutshell:
Focus on your energy body, your qi and your chakras.

Focus on your physical body, your muscles and your glands and organs.

Focus on your mental healthy, your meditation and your tuning out of other things. Be Complete.

Outside world ?
Functional, happy and plenty of shelter and resources.

Thats simple.

Have fun.
