There are devices that "see" and record in parts of the spectrum than humans cannot perceive. The data they capture has to be modified in order for us to view it, but, in theory, what you mention is possible.

No idea if it is true or not, but I've read accounts of people using devices to read thermal signatures, "seeing" entities that were not seen in the visual part of the spectrum.

Night vision can. There is something called Blue Dye, or Blue Ink Blue something - brain is slow, that if put on glass reveals more of the spectrum. IIRC, one cannot buy it anymore, government took.

I think there is a lot more sub rosa activity going on than most realize.

As to actual 'discovery' . . . dunno. They've had a long time to perfect their camouflage. And even if some agency discovered how to perceive and communicate with others, that doesn't mean that disclosure of such feats would occur.

Viz. UFOs.

But -- looks like Amazon offers infra-red binoculars for around $130. Could be fun to poke around with on a dark night!

That's precisely what I'm attempting to poorly say.

How possible would it be for civilians to cut agency and a government "disclosure" completely out of the picture by reviewing patents and all related materials across research fields to point a public and civilian invention in the right direction?

If the Qteam is legitimate as they seem to be by operating how feds do by "pointing" people in the right or wrong direction, what if that is a possible overlooked piece of the puzzle?
I feel like a contingent of intelligent civilians could figure out what is missing in civilian "sciences" to enable such an invention.

Edit: you wouldn't need any of that if an entity summoned during ritual could be recorded and blasted all over the internet in an undeniable way.
I imagine such a video would be a gory pill for the public to swallow. Obviously a device to prove it without gory footage would be easier for mass public dissemination.

I would argue - tin foil hat time, that many if not all the films were heavily doctored. There is not much reason to put this set up where it was unless standard developing and printing of film needed "creative" people from the area, otherwise the super secret stuff would have been better served at any military installation including those building and blowing up bombs.

Yeah, there is A LOT to unpack there. I think what hes alluding to is that Obama would then have "kompromat" over Hillary and her administration, so that he could continue to run the country and make decisions behind the scenes. Also it provided an opportunity for Michele to jump in the race if something went down with Hillary.

All this makes me think harder that a white hat operation ensured that Hillary did not win in 2016, even though she had deployed every dirty trick in the book to ensure that she won.
