Maybe a submarine. Agree though it looks/feels like subtle rolling motion of a ship. I'm not aware of any presidential type ship or yacht. Who knows since this is 2020 and October has just started.

Turn it up and it has the background sound of possibly being on a plane also. I do see the up and down movement you mention. It is very subtle but there. I think a camera on a tripod that was hastily set up would only slide into one direction that it was lose or weak on. It wouldn't go both ways on solid ground.
If that hospital AC sound in background it is very loud.

Cool. But your point doesn't matter.

If the agency has no authority to issue subpoenas, the recipient has no obligation to appear, it really is that simple; and in fact the recipient may have a lawsuit against the agency for abuse of process or a civil right violation for issuing a fake subpoena.

They can't just make up rules like "here's a subpoena we made up, come on in!" Secondly, if the subpoena is invalid, they can't petition a court to enforce it, they'll look like idiots and maybe get hit with contempt.

This is sort of odd.

This is a new Congress from that of 2017, with new members. It has a right to conduct its own hearings if it wants.

Senate Judiciary may not have changed much at all. In any case, don't give evil Democrats TIME to blow-up something in an attempt to delay or derail the Amy Corney-Barrett confirmation. EVIL is capable of anything. Democrats sending kind words is just a deception tactic.

Took a peek at Walter Reed's layout. Even if POTUS is on the top floor, the building doesn't appear to lend itself to wind-driven oscillation. Think that can safely be ruled out. Don't know enough about videography to comment on what impact a tripod or auto-stabilization features might have on any perceived movement. Might be an overly controlling camera operator trying to maintain centering. Unlikely, wing-and-a-prayer thought.

Marine One can make Norfolk in roughly 30 minutes if they firewall the throttles. I'm leaning towards you being correct.

ETA: Just saw where it was mentioned that the camera is hand-held and the rhythmic motion we're seeing is the operator breathing. Plausible.

Like most of you, the ups and downs of this unbelievably complex and profound experience takes its toll on ones overall outlook on life, reality and the future.

It’s an absolute cluster f&@! sometimes... these days more often than not.

We’re are all on a path to the same goal and, that in itself is overwhelming to me because for so long, many of us have felt alone and isolated on that path.

NOW though....There are people all across this planet waking up!!! It truly feels like it’s becoming an AWAKENING!!!

I sense and feel a shift that’s unstoppable and it is what brings me back up from the low points in this insane roller coaster ride were all riding together.

It’s because of ALL of you amazing people!

You keep that hope alive...all of your dedication, research and perseverance!
