The problem with that is that Trump isn't Incapacitated. The other thing is that Pence if needed to take the helm, could pick someone else other than Pelosi to act as his VP. Crap he could pick Flynn if he wanted to. It all comes down to how the COG is written for this Administration.

If someone knows the patent # of the Eye camera I am game to read more on it.

Interestingly enough, Samsung applied for its smart contacts patent in 2014, the same year Google received patents in the U.S. for its smart contacts.
Though Samsung's been granted the patent, it's not definitive proof that the company will release a consumer product off it. Companies frequently file patents for inventions they're prototyping and developing that many never see the light of day.
