That could be a PR ploy to get the American public used to the idea. If that is what is coming, those kind of charges would be shocking to many poorly informed folks.

That one, yes, but I went back when I had more time and brought up a couple of 2020 links that reference trouble they're still having with it.

1.) It's under a massive deluge of floodwater this year (Aug. 2020) similar to the problems in Oroville.

2.) Another 2020 article where the Chinese government has admitted that the dam has shifted/leaked but not the scale of the distortions.
