Can't see, but some of the implication in that pic is how casual it all is. The Madam smiling with her client etc., with no concern of every being brought to light.

Not for certain bloodlines. While most people wouldn't breed with a close relative, some encourage it in order to insure bloodline purity. Andy and G-max both seem like the kind that would fall into that group.

That's just sort of the natural curve your body takes when you lean back against a wall or doorframe. Your belly tends to pooch out a bit, no biggy.

True, but her hands would be digging at her crouch in your model. Then again it is G-max so who knows. Maybe I'm off on my thinking though, but the speculation about when or even if G-max was pregnant could have been solved with this photo. I guess we're back to the more complicated theory of RelSciHistItSufi, and have somebody whos good at photo editing to clean up who took the picture.
