It is my understanding the US states that have legalized marijuana, to one extent or another, have done so in conflict with federal law. Those states just stopped prosecuting under their state law. The Feds could still technically prosecute if they happened to be on the spot and make an arrest. For the most part, that has not happened.

The consent law for children would probably work the same way.

Ugh. The guy is gross, inside and out.

I love the ridiculous social distancing. Looks more like 12 feet, which is fine with me where he's concerned, especially around children.

We are on 100 tweets and 10 Q posts for the day, so far, and we've been stuck on that for 4 hours!

The top half of his face never changes expression. Just his eyes blinking and mouth moving. It looks like computer super imposed features. There's a black blank spot by his eyebrow as well like the fit isn't quite right.
