This is the 5th "51" today.

I'm going to go way out on a limb here to suggest what I think this is. I suspect that we've crossed the threshold of the Majority when it comes to informed consent. Sure there are multiple meanings, including just 51%. But in this case the repetition suggest we need to look deeper.

We've talked about Informed Consent Vs. Implied Consent a lot here. Rel's found this within the drops, as it is a core part of this process.
