Well there are streaming services like Typhoon and Tubi if you like old stuff but easier to set up,, Typhoon is better takes a lil time, YouTube have tutorials to help you out..

I have never had Netflix do either of those to my computer. At least not in a browser. I don't use the Netflix app.

There is no possible way that Netflix, and not even a remote possibility that it would be publicly available information if they did, does different licensing deals in different countries. There is no way Netflix could know what country you are in and provide a list specifically licensed in your country. The technology required would takes decades to develop and require a whole network of computers, connected somehow, with information being shared between them all.

(Short and less fun to write version: Netflix has different licensing deals and you can even exploit it with a VPN to watch other stuff, like Joker from Japan)
