I think this is more concerning a person “judging” another person’s soul will be damned to hell. You still have the free will to determine what is evil. To know if your actions are evil. To understand when evil is done against you. And understand when something is not holy.

So yes. You are given the intellect and freewill to understand when someone has sinned against you, or cheated you.

Got a similar reaction a couple of years ago, from a supposedly very religious member, who wanted me to stab my hand with a knife.
What's up with the incitement to do harm ?
Know of any God's that would approuve of that ?

If a person has an accident, and has a finger amputated: Who's left ?
Is the finger that they send to bio-hazard waste: still the person ?

We hear from biology that all of our body's cells are expired, and exchanged anew over a period of about 7 years.
So the question is: if you are your body: then have you died after 7 years, and are you are a new and different you ?
