Does anyone else smell a rat? How does a noose get hung in the pit garage without anyone noticing? In the current climate, this sounds like an "inside" job. I've been watching NASCAR on and off for most of my life actually... and I've never once seen any surveillance footage of ANYTHING happening in the infield... EVER.

EVERYTHING you see from a NASCAR race is from either a media/TV camera or a blimp (brought to you by Smithfield bacon)

There may be a stationary camera or two on the standings pole or at the top of the grandstands...

Did you look at his nascar page before you decided it wasn't him?

I linked to his nascar profile with his career stats. 0 wins finished in top 5 twice, and top 10 spots six times.

He was a good truck racer before Richard Petty's team took a shot on him 3.5 years ago, and he has failed to perform ever since. Just like smollett he was new to the pinnacle of his field, but could not make the grade, and now this.

The optics may be worse for Bubba than you thought.

It could be anybody at this point. But we are discussing probabilities of who it MIGHT be. KKK and white supremacists are pretty low on the scale, a provocateur is the most likely IMO. I don't think it was Bubba directly, but could he have slipped someone a hondo or two to put up a noose? Maybe. Hopefully the FBI finds some evidence.

You don't see anything because you don't step back to ask does this make sense... it is kind of like with Jesse Smollet. Plenty of people were like this makes no sense, but people want so badly for there to be this racist boogeyman they couldn't see the story simply didn't add up.

We all want to believe people, but the reality is that you don't know Bubba. He could be looking for a career boost. A time to virtue signal and gain some clout.

Yes, there are racist. However, the KKK hasn't been relevant for 30 years. In almost all these cases where someone scribbles KKK or hangs a noose, the incident almost always winds up being a hoax because most racists don't do things like that anymore.
