Do You Want To Be An ATS Owner?

Here's the pitch:

IF ATS made 40%-50% of it's ownership exclusively available to current members...in the form of 10,000 shares of non-voting, stock @ $100 per share...

Would you want to be a part owner of the site?

At what level of investment would you consider becoming a part owner in the site?

1) $100 - $500

2) $500 - $1,000

3) $1,000 - $2,500

4) $2,500 - $5,000

5) $5,000 - $10,000

6) > $10,000

7) > $25,000

THIS is intended ONLY to be a survey of members' potential interest in creating a hypothetical group of member-investor/owners.

Please be succinct and honest in your answers...as time is a factor.

I would honestly be good with $30,000 or so, but I would want voting rights at that level of investment. Mainly, relegating the politics to one board only, and getting rid of the mud pit forum.

I would want to see this place go back to the good times where we chased down numerous books and magazines looking for a fabled pic of a thunderbird stretched across a barn.

Perhaps members at levels of 250 shares or greater...voting becomes an option...with current owners making only 40% - 49% of total ownership available for purchase by current members.

Dudes, I think the problem is Google and gatekeeping through monetization of traffic flow.
These whores are attacking all sites that allow public differing opinions.
Killing apps that promote privacy.
Sucking up free speech(youtube) is their obvious mission.
You push the network price high enough, you just can't afford the bandwith from a site that could prob run off a small server rack.
So now you need lots of cash to play.
I wouldn't take on the biz without a revenue stream.
Who controls the cash in a website?
You have to sell a value. ATS is a massive txt/chat/archive dependent on advertising.
Advertising is leading away fron these type of sites.
Not a good prospect .
Really, a competitive ad company is needed that's not a glowcompany.com.
It's the tactical choke out of free speech.

Each share should have a vote. 100 shares, equals 100 votes. I wouldn't invest without having a voice. And, yeah, dump the Mud Pit.
