Because evolution is mostly random and determined in large part by successful sexual reproduction. Evolution in the modern world is based on whichever traits lead to successful reproduction in our modern world.

It's success in our modern world has nada to do with being divided into select artificial groups based on skin color (or at least it shouldn't) it does not help or improve anything. The only thing it accomplishes is enforcing certain color patterns. Are you a bird? Is that honestly what you think should determine an appropriate sexual mate, our plumage?

How about the ability to handle modern stresses, or be healthy despite attempts to poison us by the health industry? How about being able to balance modern tech with a social life? How about a good many things that evolution would be more working towards with modern pressures? Nothing to do with surviving modern pressures is made stronger worrying about plumage. It's such an obscene thing to demand people do it's downright silly and honestly a bit scary.

What is it you're hoping for, people divided by terrain so we can furher develop adaptations to that terrain? Hiw exactly is it you want to divide people up in hopes of new positive genetic traits? Because the only way to get the kind of diversity from separation you are suggesting is true isolation with drastically different environmental pressures. We're talking true isolation here, something absurd in a modern context except for hidden remote tribes.

When you look at the human race right now, it becomes obvious that we have failed, we are a failed species and are too smart to go extinct in a natural manner, so no, i do not think the current form should put their eggs in one basket.

Again how exactly do you want to split the breeding populations? Arbitrarily splitting things doesn't accomplish much. I mean seriously you sound like the type that thinks laws restricting "mixed" marriages would be a good thing to go back to.

I agree about the eggs in one basket thing, but as long as we only live on one planet that's exactly what we have. The only solution to that problem is technology.

Diversity occurs naturally on this planet, hauling people with airplanes, boats and railroads on the other side of the planet is not natural.

Everything we do is make things worse, like how we are destroying ecosystems with Monoculture fields.


Technology will destroy us, our current path is taking us directly to non organic life.

Everything that exists is natural otherwise it wouldn't exist. We're natural, our brains, natural, our hands natural, everything we build, natural, cause nothing in existence comes from outside nature. We need a better term for "things I disagree with and need some hippy ass feely way to guilt people into thinking anything humans do that isn't #ting in caves and eating with their hands is wrong" besides unnatural.

Your heritage is the same as mine if you go back far enough.

It's not just America, there's a whole planet involved in this, and I agree with you about labels, I just think we should all be referred to as Earthlings, after all isn't that what we all are, no more American, Australian, European etc etc,,, all are Earthlings and the planet should be divided into regions not countries... We need to get this done and while we are at it make one language, Im not saying which one of the languages in use today should be used but for gods sake we need to chose one, and teach it in every single school in the world, it only takes a few years from school age kids and the world can all communicate without the need for bad translation........so there is my take on it, all of us earthlings with one language, we could still use our own native tongue but let there be a second universal language for all Earthlings.....We need to move on, at the moment we are up S... Creek without a paddle.....
