On our Canadian news, they’ve shown the solidarity going on (hopefully some of it was genuine), and they’ve shown many other things that have apparently gotten some cops fired - pulling a couple of young people out of a car just to taser them for nothing, cop pulling down a young mans mask to pepper spray him, journalists getting shot with rubber bullets, a journalist blinded by one of those rubber bullets. People getting thrown down on the ground by cops, for just walking. Cops running up to people just standing there, and punching them. A lot of brutality.

And I was under the impression that journalists are not to be targeted, but I guess I was wrong.

The looting damage is also being shown, a lot of looting damage - there’s enough wrongdoing on many fronts to see how fubar this is becoming.

But yes that is the same thing people say in those situations. Actually I hope the people that did this are found and face special justice from outside the system, since animal cruelty still doesn’t carry the weight it should as it doesn’t differentiate particularly cruel nor the fact the animal could not defend itself.
