Something odd...

The "peaceful" folks came quite close last night. And the major mess was not far. Yet, no one reached out to see if the Cranky homestead was safe. This seems very odd indeed, not experienced this before.

The list is truly shocking when slowly unrevealed.

This transitioned from protest to criminal rioting a couple days ago.

It’s no longer political or ideological. When they move from businesses and govt buildings to residences, this thing goes nuclear.

What tweet or forum post gets “blocked, flagged, or deleted” will not register on the meter.

If the local/state law enforcement are not keeping the peace and protecting property, that tells me this is EXACTLY like the Flynn case. They keep delaying hoping to force Trump to pardon and the arrows can go at him vs Obama DOJ. They are trying to force Trump to use Active Duty military in response so they can blame him for that carnage.

POTUS should refuse manpower. Give the states all the equipment and logistical support they want. No troops.

As much as I want them curb stomped, it has to be their own local/state govt that does it. I see that very clearly now.

Hope POTUS does not take the bait.

Political, economical, and tourist impact is hugely negative for these Dem cities.

The people could not be protected from a pandemic. The people could not be protected from civil unrest.

Crappy places just got crappier. If they were tolerable before, they are no longer.

I keep repeating myself. The Govt does not control where you live. There are 90 cities of 250,000 or more population. I’d find a better place to live.

IIRC San Antonio has like 6 or 7 million. Memphis, my early childhood hometown, has a million. Several of those are over a million people now. When did you check those stats?

Albuquerque has Sandia Mtn and it is one hell of a nice city when I visited. Nashville and Kansas City are great to visit and are sports towns. San Diego is huge but the NFL left town. Fresno might be a safe haven for Cali folks to move to IDK? I would go for something like Rapid City SD. OR Butte Montana. Get the hell away from the nuts in the big cities.

Surrounding the rioters. Nice move!!! If the local and state law enforcement made a calculated decision to let them riot for 3 days (Thur/Fri/Sat) then clean up the leftovers, it’s their city, I’m cool with that.

If you all don't mind I would also love to thank DontTreadOnMe for their fairness in moderation of this very tough thread and also a nod to their consistent and wonderful fashion changes on a periodic basis! Always a pleasant surprise!
