We should ne #1 in testing. We sure are #1 is CV deaths!

Nice dodge.

Funny how you won't mention who is leading in per capita deaths, which is the real metric anyone would use unless they had a political agenda to push. (Hint: it's not the US. The worst death per capita rates are from countries in Europe that have socialized medicine.)

This also isn't taking into account the numbers out of places like China, Russia, and other communist places are almost certainly underreported.

Also, worth noting, most of our deaths from Covid are being driven by Democrat-run cities. (Just like "gun violence.")

But you can't address any of that, because everyone knows all you're here to do is push Democrat talking points. And you're not even very good at it.

So, according to your thought process, not only is testing availability a global competition, Covis 19 is also a game of political blame and one-upmanship!

No. You made that up because you can't respond to what I actually said. This is no surprise, because it's all you guys do here. You make things up and lie.

The media made it a global competition when the US was behind, and you were perfectly okay with that when you thought it made Trump look bad.

Now that we're doing well, which makes Trump look good, you magically now think making it a competition is bad.

The reason for this is because you're a hypocrite and you're not here to make serious posts. You're here to push a partisan agenda, and everyone here sees that. All you care about is exploiting the suffering of the people being affected to try to hurt Trump. This is nothing but a political football to you, and you disgust me.

I'm sorry but Trump dropped the ball on quarantine. He also talked a lot of nonsense when people genuinely need a leader.

He cannot handle scrutiny, he walked off the stage. I can't respect that from a leader. There's no leadership qualities on display.

You're wrong on both. Trump didn't shut down the country, governors did. He was given a recommendation he trusted to be accurate and it wasn't. He's probably trying to make sense of it like the rest of us and in his position, with all of the differing opinions, do you really think it was wise to say one thing for certain and have to say oops, they were wrong, it's really this, over and over again? Come on.

Scrutiny is one thing, constant barrages of baseless, racist accusations (China is not a race, it's a country but Dems are too stupid to realize that) and daily twisting by the media would piss off the calmest person. Your side doesn't understand that and you never will.

He's perfectly okay with that too. ALL this is to them is something to be taken advantage of for political gain. Just like every time there's a mass shooting or a natural disaster. You can hear the collective joy in the CNN newsrooms and the DNC offices every time. "Yay, some more dead people we can exploit." It's disgusting.

We should be #1 in testing. We sure are #1 is CV deaths! What are we not?

There are more new CV cases in the White House than there are in the entire country of New Zealand.

Yeah? Let's compare numbers from John Hopkins University:

Mortality Rate per 100,000:
Belgium - 76.23
Spain - 57.24
Italy - 50.87
UK - 48.34
France - 39.78
Netherlands - 31.77
US - 24.66
Germany - 9.24
Iran - 8.17
Brazil - 5.56 (early in their season)

Since people routinely forget population density, the US has 330ish million people spread out over a land the size of Europe. Some of those countries in Europe are smaller than some of our states. It's not an even comparison, unless you factor in metropolitan cities as that's where most of the deaths are. Even then our death rate is still lower than others.

New Zealand is small and pretty isolated, it's irrelevant in this discussion.

You give them too much credit.

They don't forget that. They purposefully leave it out because it doesn't support the narrative they're trying to push.

This is NOTHING but a political opportunity to them. The facts are irrelevant.

Again, to repeat the reporter's question. Why is this a competition? Why is Trump all about bragging about how the USA is "leading the world in testing"?

That's what this thread is about, not skewing statistics to support your argument de jour.

I suggest Trump is making it a competition because he's trying to camouflage his failures and avoid addressing the subsequent death and suffering in the USA, due to the virus.

Hilarious you call it "skewing statistics" to use a per capita metric, which is much more important and meaningful.

We all know you understand why the per capita metric is better. You're just so dedicated to fighting Trump you're willing to make yourself look stupid by pretending you don't understand that. That's pathetic. It's like a cult mentality. You'll fall on your sword to try to help your Dem heroes. God knows they need it.

HAH! What a joke. I didn't skew anything with those numbers, they are from the often-touted JHU that many here use for stats. The pressure from Democrats and the media on getting more testing has been strong and often since this started. You cannot dispute that or you would be lying. Because of that pressure, the US has accelerated testing to make us the #1 country in the world for that testing. The "competition" was started by YOU (generally speaking), not Trump. His only failure is trying to make everyone happy.

They really have nothing else to do here but pretend they weren't complaining about these things a few weeks ago. Just like the likes of Pelosi and de Blasio have to pretend they weren't encouraging people to go out in March. Then they turn around and pretend the administration should've been able to predict the future in February.

The only strategy they have to try to gain traction on this issue is to pretend reality isn't real. All of their arguments are based on nonsense and fantasy.

Too funny.

The whole world is laughing once again about the stable genius and the Trumpeteers on ATS, in their Trump and rightwinger bubble, still find explanations why Trump is Supertrump and only stupid "libtards" and "commies" can`t see the truth. And some people ask how Hitler could create his Third Reich? With exactly the same kind of people which blindly followed their Führer. If it made sense or absolutely not.

Daer ATS righwingers and Trumpeteers, leave your bubble for a second and explore the world outside of Fox News and the Alex Jones Show. You didn´t check yet that you and your idol are the very small minority the whole is laughing about. So, are more than 7 billions of people wrong or the stable genius and his few followers?

If it comes to Trump ATS is better than the Mad Magazine.

7 billion people are right and the best representative to beat him is Joe Biden LOL LOL please!!! LOL worst disruption of the economy and normal life since WWII and the bad orange man is still likely to get re-elected cause when it comes to intelligence majority doesn't mean anything. There is literally no one that is likely to beat him, and by your account, he is the worst President ever LOL, If that's the case what does it say about the other candidates.

You got millions of people watching the Kardashians, blabbering on Facebook, Twitter, reading the Daily Mail. There was a time when the majority of the world believed in slavery, colonialism, racism, class systems, involuntary servitude, vigilante justice, bleeding helped heal illnesses, etc. etc. I could go on LOL but I prefer to think for myself and not have hive mind think. You ought to try it that is if you think it's okay with the rest of the world LOL.

"Trump" Talking bout Trump I see, lets continue...

"Trumplestiltskin" Ok just a name rhyme, nothing to do with the character similarities.

"Trumplethinskin" Variation on the above non related rhyme made to read as he has thin skin. I can see that.

But the gymnastics it took for you to just say he had thin skin, which is a non starter and said all the time and common knowledge.

What was your point to the post? Free stars?

Hes pushing the #1 point on tests is because until today hes been accused of being behind other nations.

Trump likes rubbing his justified stances in their faces.

4 years, you'd think people would get used to it
