It's also funny how she was never able to substantiate any of these claims in her lawsuit against the Whittemores. She was given nearly six years to prove her case and she came up with nothing.

She gets fired, loses her income and access to her lab, gets a gag order and loaded up with a big legal campaign. She comes out of it with two books doing quite well on the best seller list and you call it nothing?

Seams she done ok with the contentions of information with her financier. Looking at some of the stuff involved it does my head in trying to make sense of it all. For those in the industry it seams to give some of a heads up with the political landscape in the medical community.

If you are having trouble distinguishing between an anti vaxxer and someone looking for safer vaccinations then perhaps it is best to just keep walking. It does get a lot deeper.

Yes she came up with nothing. The judge dismissed the case with prejudice because after six years all she did was waste the court's time.

She has no proof or evidence for her story that she was targeted by the Feds. If she did she would have revealed it in her multi-million dollar lawsuit.

With Judy as the defendant at the start of these proceedings it is those bring the charges that have nothing. What was getting arrested and fired really about if all the charges where dropped?

There was a separate lawsuit she filed in 2014 against the Whittemores. That case was thrown out in March this year after Mikovits stung the court on for six years.

The original case against Mikovits was thrown out because the Whittemores dropped the charges. This was due to the fact that Harvey Whittemore was under investigation for illegal campaign contributions and he didn't want to fight two legal cases at the same time.

Judy does claim that it was Anthony Fauci that filed the initial legal claims she was a fugitive without any warrants. Was he too busy as well saving his own butt than dealing with medical corruption along with Whittemore?

Judy does take the positions that the legal challenges was to silence her work.

The initial legal claims filed against her were brought by the Whittemores on 11/04/11 in Washoe County Business Court. This was a civil suit against Mikovits.

The State of Nevada then brought felony charges against Mikovits on 11/16/11 for Illegal Use of Computers and Possession of Stolen Property. These are the charges that were ultimately dropped at the request of the Whittemores.

In the case of the civil suit, the Whittemores did end up winning when the judge issued a default judgment in their favor.

Mikovits the filed her own suit against the Whittemores for False Claims in August 2015.

I don't see Fauci's name mentioned in any of these cases.

Can you refer me to a case that he filed against Mikovits prior to 11/04/11?

Judy does talk about it at the 48 minute mark. I don't know where any other legal references to this might be.

I don't know how she's trying to tie Fauci into this. On 11/07/11 the judge in the civil case issued a restraining order that Mikovits return the material she took and that none of it be destroyed.

By 11/16/11 Mikovits had not returned the materials and had made no effort to contact the court. As a result the State filed their case against Mikovits.

She was then arrested on 11/18/11.

This all stems from the civil case filed by the Whittemores. No Fauci required. In fact, I can't even find any instance of her mentioning Fauci in relation to this case prior to him becoming a household name due to this pandemic.

What I have been able to understand about Judy's position. She was warned about taking a certain line of research and presentation of data. She dismissed those warnings and was subsequently fired for insubordination. About 6 weeks later she was arrested with the courts going through everything she done.

With the charges of misuse of a computer it appears that Judy felt too constrained by some of the compartmentalization of research going on. Professional technicalities and differences of opinion? I don't know. Having the charges dropped appears there where no big conflicts in the responsible use of data on Judy's part.

As with Fauci, they where professional colleges with Fauci further up the chain. I expect he knows more about what is really going on than me. I hope so anyway.

Top immunologist Prof. Dolores Cahill backs Judy Mikovits claim that the Coronavirus virus is in our flu shot.

Professor Dolores Cahill Debunking the Corona Narrative

Professor Dolores Cahill has degree is in molecular genetics and her PhD is in immunology where she was using antibodies and making libraries to try and improve the outcomes in cancer. She also spent eight years in the Max Planck Institute for Molecular Genetics in Berlin, where she led a group and developed technology that could look the specificity of antibodies and different diagnostic assays to diagnose autoimmune diseases. And, for example, with virus patients look at whether they were exposed to a virus or not.

it is a bit more complicated than that. We have 100 000's of different antibodies floating around at any one time with many different viruses, bacteria and other junk going on. It is a diverse jungle of stuff. The claim I see from Judy here is that some people who have had a certain flu shot are having a more significant reaction to SARS-CoV2. Something to do with how viruses work together. She also sees this pandemic as a family of viruses, not just one specific strain.

I like the work with the Macrophages, important part of a strong immune system.

Yeah, a few times. She does agree with Judy in the presence of XMRVs and their source from vaccination production. Has some concerns with a mandatory vaccination schedule.

The case looks clear that there are some contaminates making is way through the vaccination production process. Generally in small trace amounts the full implications are unknown.

A culture of silence on some of these deeper questions does not inspire confidence for a mandatory program.

Good to consider lots of things when trying to make sense of it all. Prof. Cahill is doing ok.

If by warned you mean she published her research to get fanfare, but when other researchers tried to replicate her findings (including her own team) they were unable to do so, then yes she was warned.

The Whittemores had no issue with her line of research. In fact it's why they hired her. Prior to being hired as the Lead Researcher for the Whittemore-Peterson Institute Mikovits had been working as a bartender. A fledgling, multi-million dollar, research institute doesn't hire a bartender to head up their entire program unless they strongly believe in their hypothesis.

She was fired because when it came out that not only were her findings not able to be replicated but that her methodology was intentionally designed to garner a certain result she had lost all credibility. A research institute cannot have a disgraced scientist heading up their research, it would call all their findings into question. This, she was fired.

At which point she had a research assistant illegally remove research materials from her office and brought to her. When the Whittemores learned of this they filed a civil suit. Mikovits failed to return the materials after a judge's order so the authorities became involved.

It's as simple as that. Mikovits knowingly published bad research. The Whittemores had no choice to fire her because she had ruined the Institute's reputation. She stole proprietary data and property on her way out. She refused to return what she took when ordered. She got arrested.

No Fauci required.

For a view of events you are entitled to your own perspective. The scientific and political communities is full of disagreements. Nothing wrong with that when trying to make sense of the complexities of this world.

Problems emerge by just how far some people are willing to go to promote their world view above others. Historically the scientific community does take second place to the political leadership.

from your current position I assume you are ok with the censorship taking place against Dr judy Mikovits. While you may not be interested. For anyone else just trying to get a balanced view of what is going on, one of Judy's banned interview can be found at:

Censored | Former AIDS Scientist Exposes Dr Faucis Medical Corruption | Valuetainment

This 2 hour interview with Judy was conducted by Patrick Bet-David of Valuetainment. Patrick does provide a 22 minute response to this censorship.

My Response to Being Censored - Does It Actually Work?

Overall, attempts to hide what is going on can increase public interest.

I am not surprised there is a push to silence and discredit Judy with some of her criticisms of the medical establishment. Personally I have not found anything too nuts to promote this censorship apart from embarrassment to some individuals.

I didn't see so much of a "view" of events, as a list of them. Is the list inaccurate?

What do you think motivated her to risk not only her career but her assistants career?

Most of the time people steal stuff from jobs to cover up or hide something.

Was this equipment used to continue her research? It must have been Important to her.

Was she gonna make money on her research?

Was she going to get a big book deal or hoping to be famous in this now banned video?

Bizarre... what could motivate someone to do such a stupid crime and risk everything.
