yeah i've found ebay good and there are a lot of good HEIRLOOM seed companies out there.

UK Salisbury, Actually put the parsley in a pot last year and left it outside all winter and it survived leaves and all - mild winter

If you have very little space runner beans give the most return of food by area,the taller a structure(usually canes) you grow them up the more beans you get and keep a few for seeds for next year. They just need plenty of watering, an old bucket would do (just make sure you drill a few drainage holes 10-25mm round the sides - this leaves a resevoir of some water)

Also things like chillies and peppers can be pruned at the end of the season and over wintered in a non frezzing greenhouse/ conservatory etc) gives you a massive head start in subsequent years.

Stores here in TN still have all seeds

thank you but ordered on line and seeds should be here around the first of May. Will be a bit iffy on getting it planted and grown before our first freeze, usually early Sept.
