I imagine you'll be back here with a rant when you lose the lot.

Imagine what it would be like if you were dead already. I had a close brush with death about 5 years ago. It was a liberating experience. There was no life flashing before my eyes, no light at the end of the tunnel, there was absolutely nothing, no before, during or after, zilch.

So how would you feel about all this if you were already dead? You'd feel nothing because you have ceased to exist. There would be nothing, there was always nothing, it has no meaning if it's not there, never was there.

If you think about life as if you had died, it allows you to become less emotionally invested in the world. What the hell do you care anymore, you're dead, you're not around to care about anything. Does such an attitude make you a sociopath or psychopath? No, becoming less emotionally invested doesn't make you self centered, manipulative, unable to understand emotions or have empathy, you just don't feel it much anymore. The roller coaster of life has little effect when there is less emotional attachment to the world.

Fear, a little, esp. normal reflexive shocks due to surprise, but not enough to control your mind and divert you from thinking logically. With emotions at bay, it can keep your mind clearer in an emotional situation. Of course, subdued emotions will include passions and the lust for life, but that doesn't have to stop you from your pursuits.

If you live a life and leave nothing behind then yes, you never really existed in the first place.

My Grandpa is still with me. He did plenty of existing and was a great man who lives on, every day, in all the things he taught me, all the things he said, and all the things he shaped our world with, all the tools I pick up and use now, all the stories he told, the entitlements he fought for, the others he inspired and helped. My Grandma too.

A life can reach beyond the individual, and doesn't have to be limited to the time and space of the individual.

What will YOU leave for others and who or what will you inspire when you dissipate into the ether, to live on and eventually become "starstuff" again?

Yeah, I understand that, but ultimately the inspirations fade within a couple generations. The family stories get distorted - forgotten, great great grandparents, great aunts and uncles, all are forgotten, the very history of the family (if not recorded) disappears quickly. Not that any of that really matters now to folks that passed away, IMO at any rate.

ETA: I just want everyone to know, I would never belittle the influence anyone has had on someone's life, esp. a beloved family member. Life, from the context of the living, has great meaning. I would never want someone to believe that their life has no meaning what so ever. Death is not a state of existence is all I mean really.

...You are right - it is cowardice in the broadest sense. Fear of looking inside.

Very wise words. Your entire comment. It's given me something to think about -- thank you!

Best Wishes.

I live in a small town in PA. The other night I went to the grocery store to pick up a few things and I couldn't believe what I was seeing. There was an employee standing in the entrance telling me to "follow the arrows". As soon as I walked in, there were carts linked together and tape hung up to make a path, with big tape arrows on the floor throughout the whole store showing me which way I was allowed to walk in each aisle, basically turning the whole place into a maze. I was one of the only customers that was even there, so I just disregarded the idiotic aisle arrows and got what I needed. I'm pretty sure at one point I heard an employee somewhere say to someone else "He needs to follow the arrows!". When I walked all the way around the tape blocking off the register area, an employee came over to me and asked me if I wanted a regular register (as opposed to the self-checkout). Once I payed up, I then had to walk out the entrance/exit on the other side of the building, where another employee was standing to make sure people didn't enter there.

I do not fear this virus, but I am not stupid either, I do not want to get it and be imprisoned in the hospital for doctors to drain my blood and shove things in my arms and down my throat. I won't go into the doctors unless I have to. I am more scared how the hospitals will drain my blood and money than this virus.

So, I will stay at home and cook.

I suffer from mental health, and the thought of being ill in a hospital bed is terrifying. I'm not terrified of the virus, just terrified of being stuck alone with my head.
Alone in my head is not a safe place to be 😞

You provide an excellent proof that fear comes in many forms.

Some fear death.

Some fear life.

Some fear acknowledging that they are fearful.

Some fear losing their money and possessions.

I know a few people who died in car crashes, we should not drive for the foreseeable future. 2 friends shot themselves so ban guns so no one else can kill them selves ever again(that’s how it works right?)

I am so relieved that by doing all of these preventive measures that’s my grandparents will live for ever now I so excited.

The opposite of fear is bravery. How do you see people being 'brave' during this global crisis?

There are so many distractions for a reason. I hate to see people playing into the hands of the elite leaders as all they do is lie. Nothing is in place to protect us from our own illusions of these evil people. Waking up to the reality of the underworld in which we live is a great start.

Here is a real deal kind of fear which I have HAD to let go of and realize it wont get better for me until I change my mind about it and until other people wake up to the truths of the matter... literally.

So... one day a few weeks ago Im standing in front of my window talking on the phone to my fiance. We have a 5G tower in alignment which I followed to our local grocery store. This particular day I open the blinds and walk across the length of the window when all of a sudden our phones switch to RTT sending a frequency in my ear. I was highly energized barely able to see and think for a couple of days. I never fear and have been through all kinds of crazy experiences yet this was different.

Last year when they were testing these waves/towers I had heart palpitations, nose bleeds, highly psychic phenomena going on, and nausea. I stopped having a cycle for 6 months and had pains all over my body at different times and intervals. In June of last year I stepped out of my Hybrid car when I began to feel my legs shutting down from my feet to my waist as if my brain was telling me to hurry and make it to the chair by the outside door and sit down. I did make it but thats beside the point. I know my body and I know as soon as the Hong Kong protest stopped the virus came.... I know the world bank has bonds based off pandemic and hundreds of scientists state these energies are bombarding our natural eco system on earth and in organisms. Ive been studying papers for over a year and conveniently the same papers you would find on the first page are now in the back pages of google scholar.

When we allow greedy and power tripping men to run the worlds health, food, education, internet, and everything else under the sun then we get the results of such attitudes. Its just too bad they are killing us acting as if they are trying to save us. Look at all the people walking around with a mask and staying home. Me and my family have been out and about and none of us sick but we do feel bombardment of energies as we are extremely sensitive in that regard.

My fiances daughter has been sick with anaphylaxis since 2016 when they began testing these towers and she also got the HPV vaccine when she had mono. Its so tragic!! She lost her life Thursday because the stress proteins cause her to go into shock when she doesn't take singulair daily. Centennial Hospital in Nashville, TN is normally a very busy hospital. Luckily they let me back there with my fiance because she was brain dead and they needed me with him. Had she been 18 we would not have been by her bed side. Now tell me why no one is there, hardly any nurses yet construction workers are there ? They can be there with no masks... never asked me if I wanted one and get this..... the dr who signed her death cert. wasn't even a lic dr for the state of tennessee so now we are waiting for one to sign it.

I am not in fear of whats coming because I read astrology intuitively and I love other realms more than this one as its the underworld and evil! Just know this.... the little boy loving Gates who'd rather kill us and lie to us to set up in his mansion of pedophilia... is about to go DOWN!!!!!!!

Lucky bastard lol. Thankfully around my parts people have started calming down and acting rationally. I'm glad I took my two weeks off. Apparently that's all it took for people to chill out.

I find this whole thread ironic.

Fearful weak minded people?

Read the OP and some of these whiny responses. Then read the thread title.. so ironic. Lol.

I live in Australia, cant go out unless its for:

* shopping for what you need - food and essential supplies.
* medical, care or compassionate needs.
* work if you can’t work remotely.

Cops are handing out fines if you disobey.

And guess what ohh fearful weak minded people... guess what?

Australia's had 51 deaths. Fifty freakin one!!!

How many have died in your country?

I say harden the eff up and do your part to help your fellow man/woman get through this with as little death as possible.

Such an ironic thread.

I fear a wall of text rant that will make my eyes swim and cause me to not finish reading what may have been an excellent post, but is buried.

I also work in IT. Like most IT people, I'm a bit Asperger's, so this social distancing feels nice to me. I'm the new normal.

I don't think it will cause the degeneration of the human species.

Of course it will boom again... when the COVID-19 situation worldwide is fully over. In a few years.

Unless we have wars, or famines, natural disasters, or further economic turmoil. But that never happens.
