I think China is in a whole lot more trouble than most realize, at the moment they think food shortages are coming and the Rice and cooking oil is being bought up like theirs no tomorrow.

At the beginning of last year, I noticed a large piece of land here in France that has now been used to store grain in long white polythene tunnels.

Perhaps 30acres +. I imagine there are more new stockpiles around the country. Usually just grain silos.

I thought it was very unusual when I first saw it as the norm is nowhere as big.

Somebody (agricultural bodies) perhaps had a "heads up" and organised these in advance of something?

I also find it interesting the fact that the vast majority of people who are tested are actually negative for coronavirus. Using Florida as an example of all the people tested to date 91% tested negative. That means that of 150,000 people who thought they were sick with the virus 135,300 went home with a negative test result. Less than 10% test positive for the virus.

Meaning that 135,300 people are sick with something else. Not Covid-19. So using basic common sense let's ask ourselves what shares identical characteristics to Covid-19 symptoms. Hmmmm....the flu.

Meaning 90% of the people are not testing positive for Covid-19 yet they are in fact sick and most likely it is the flu they are sick with. Yet, the media doesn't bother to illustrate this fact.

Another fact is if you are old, have a history of prior health issues, have a weak immune system, are a smoker, or have general poor respiratory health then you are going to be just as susceptible to possible death from the flu as you are with Covid-19.

We know this is true because less than 2 years ago we set a new record in the US with flu and tuberculosis deaths. More than 20,000,000 people contracted the flu and tuberculosis (combined) and more than 1.5 million people died from tuberculosis alone during that time frame. Funny how we didn't hear a damn thing about any of this.

This is basic research I have done that anyone can do. Yet, people want to believe what they hear on the news in a distorted way that makes them willing to give up their civil liberties and hide in their homes like well herded sheep.

With verified statistics like this will someone please explain to me exactly why the world is on shut down over a virus that hasn't even come close to what the flu and tuberculosis has done?

The modelling these experts use and develop their outcomes from is also not accurate. There's been a big thing over here in UK about this "modelling" with everyone blaming everyone else, the modellers blaming the statisticians, the stats guys blaming the hospital admins and then the coroners and then the Office for National Statistics. It seems the whole system for data collection is flawed and not universal, so when Prime Ministers & Presidents get their information, the information can then change overnight, which is seriously not good politics!

Valid points. I know for certain in a particularly large hospital in Germany my friend is telling me they have no tests to confirm a patient is positive or negative for corona yet they are being told to classify anyone who dies as a Covid-19 death.

She doesn't agree with it but what can she do? Their numbers are purely false which bolsters your points.

Its very difficult trying to sort the wheat from chafe in an ever changing landscape where people get their "news" from social media and disreputable sources. To discover the BBC is also part of the ever changing narrative was a blow but we have to ask who is behind the changes in narrative in the first place? Who has the power to demand newspapers and tv news say what they are told?

Here in the US back in the 50's they had a program entitled Operation Mockingbird, in which the CIA established control and influence over what was written and what was not covered by the US media.

Likely there was a similar program in Europe. Udo Ulfkotte a German journalist wrote about it some years back and died mysteriously.

Manipulation of the public perception is a part of reality. George Orwell talked about it. Edward Bernays talked about it. Goebbels talked about it.

I suspect BBC is every bit as complicit as NY Times.

Mockingbird might have started a while back, but it is still definitely relevant.

Dunno about that site as a source, but I feel that way about pretty much everything nowadays.

IMO, the BBC was compromised in a similar way years ago. They are right in line with some.. interesting trends

I also think a relevant question to ask is.. what if these things were not actually driven solely by the US government. The CCP has sure been pouring money into the west, as well as many third world nations. Frequently in some interesting ways.

Berrien’s count is currently at 72, up 8 from yesterday’s count of 64, and 35 have been labeled as recovered in Berrien as of today. Meanwhile, Van Buren County added 1 new case, bringing them to 18 cases, and Cass County remained unchanged today with 9 positive cases now. Berrien County has logged two deaths to date, with Cass and Van Buren reporting one death each thus far in the pandemic.

Across Michigan, the tally stands at 20,346 statewide, up by 1,376 from yesterday, with 959 deaths from the virus, an increase of 114 from Tuesday.
