Monetary policy in all countries is determined by the deficit a country has compared to the amount of its currency other countries own.

As the "reserve currency" status that the USA has we have different rules and objectives. The "Triffin Dilemma" explains this and the complications associated with having the "reserve currency".
www.thebalance.com...

The Bottom Line
Despite trillions of dollars in foreign debt and continuous large deficit spending, the United States still holds global trust and confidence of its ability to pay its obligations. For this reason, the U.S. dollar remains the strongest world currency. It may continue to be the top global currency in the years to come.

The dollar’s current number one status is under contention though. Countries such as China and Russia feel a new one world currency, one not backed by any one nation, is overdue in this increasingly integrated global economy.

But what China's practices do is take the USD and pay it 'under the table' to other countries, because the yuan is pegged to the USD. This is done away from the the balance of payments sheet - so it's like that money just disappears into a black hole.

This was exactly what I posted, take a look at the last excerpt.

Yes, I was just expanding on why having money 'off the books' is a bad thing for the US economy. And what is bad for the US economy is bad for the world economy, because it artificially manipulates the USD.

China and Russia are strong on the back of the US consumer. If you count Hong Kong as part of China, China exports more goods to the US than it's next six trading partners combined. And Russia exports oil and gas to power the factories that China used to manufacture those goods.

That's why decoupling from China can't come quickly enough. Unless there is some form of reciprocity between the US and China in terms of US exports addressing some of the massive trade deficit, or at least more wholly owned US companies being allowed to operate in China without having to partner with a Chinese company that can steal IP and then go do their own thing, both the US and the world is far better off letting Russia, China and that Eastern European bloc do there own thing while the Western countries do theirs.

EVERGREEN —> Any reporter or outlet using half of a quote and refusing to use appropriate context is doing so maliciously.

It's too bad the dull-minded reporters don't ask President Trump about things like this. He gives them all the time they want almost every afternoon/evening.

BTW... Why doesn't "One American News" (OAN) outlet have someone there to ask questions?

From I ET 17 on Twitter

It's a screenshot(I'd upload the image but my tablet won't let me)

ET doesn't offer any info on when or where this was posted. It looks like 8kun. If anyone comes across to the full message, can you post it here? It brings up targeted individuals which is kind of weird..I had just mentioned feeling like a TI

It also starts with the statement: "we are here with you"
The same message that flashed across tv screens a week or two ago

Within the context of journalism and broadcasting, evergreen content is content that is not time-sensitive. Evergreen content does not rely on current events; thus, an evergreen story can be prepared, then mothballed until it is needed to fill time on a slower news day or on a holiday when fewer journalists are on duty. The term is derived from the evergreen trees.

Evergreen

Another example: twitter.com...

Some journalists use "evergreen" as a signal to other journalists that the 'timing' is now right to publish a past prepared article potentially with additional new info to push a narrative.

Ahhh...that's probably all she meant then, but look at the comments.

I recall Q saying something like defining 'Renegade' in the conventional way and 'Evergreen' in a non-conventional way.

I think this is the post I'm thinking of:

The lines are drawn.
[Zw7301-&vQ-00-00-03]
Define Renegade [Hussein USSS code name].
Standard definition.
Define Evergreen [HRC USSS code name]
Non-standard defintion.
Think depopulation.
The Silent War continues…

Ah, right back at ya... I see what you mean now.

I can't remember what all was dug up on "Evergreen" and what is the significance. Did she choose the codename or USSS and in either case why that codename? Get the impression Evergreen is an Op codeword to some devious plan involving China.

Thank you for posting a link to that article! Senators Warner and Feinstein are also asking IG Horowitz to investigate his boss AG Barr. A higher level of panic is coming from several potential wrongdoers.

Evergreen Line is a shipping company and it does involve China.
www.joc.com...

Human smugglers are notorious for using containers to transport illegals. They've been doing it for years and years. Here's an article from 20 years ago:

Feb. 8, 2000 — Adding new peril to an already dangerous practice, China’s human smugglers have dispatched at least one group of illegal immigrants to the United States inside a hard-top shipping container - a 40-foot-long steel box that gives its occupants no chance of escape if something goes wrong.

From 2014, Backed by Bill Gates...

'Remote control' contraceptive chip available 'by 2018'

The chip is implanted under a woman's skin, releasing a small dose of levonorgestrel, a hormone.

This will happen every day for 16 years, but can be stopped at any time by using a wireless remote control.

The project has been backed by Bill Gates, and will be submitted for pre-clinical testing in the US next year - and possibly go on sale by 2018.

The innovation comes at a time when governments and organisations around the world have agreed to try to bring family planning to around 120 million more women by 2020.

Part of 'Evergreen' Depopulation Agenda 21.?

If something is "evergreen" it is always true, always "in season". If I say, this advice is evergreen, I am saying it'll serve you today and tomorrow or anyday, so don't forget it. It's always worth remembering.

"Any reporter or outlet using half of a quote and refusing to use appropriate context is doing so maliciously" is a truism that she's telling you will always be worth remembering.

Good afternoon shiny people!

A friend of mine just sent this reddit blurb over to me and it made me have a “Hmm” moment. Haven’t seen anything related to it on here but it may have some importance. I will attempt to include the link for everyone. But ultimately somebody looked into why suddenly across the nation a bunch of people decided to go muck up various city’s the last couple of days with various gridlocking protests. What they seem to have found was that they were all created by the same entity, I believe in Florida if I am understanding correctly. Would love to hear others inputs. As always stay vigilant and stay classy

Not necessarily just for birth control. Birth control is just an excuse to pursue the technology of remote medication.

Women have plenty of options for birth control. They want to develop remote medication for more than just birth control

They want human control. Imagine a teacher with kids who are acting up. She has a remote that sends the kids a dose of Ritalin, and boom, a quote class room. Or a public servant needing to control a crowd.

I’m not sure if depopulation is the goal, as much as population control.
