Certifying deaths due to COVID–19
If COVID–19 played a role in the death, this condition should be specified on the death certificate. In many cases, it is likely that it will be the UCOD(underlying cause of death), as it can lead to various life- threatening conditions, such as pneumonia and acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). In these cases, COVID–19 should be reported on the lowest line used in Part I with the other conditions to which it gave rise listed on the lines above it.

On the "3 million" comments.

Understand the questions regarding logistics to support such an undertaking.

Fact is, we have too many unknowns to authoritatively dissect that number. For example, in which countries were how many people rescued, and over what period of time.

From personal experience, I am aware that has been a heightened awareness in U.S. government/military circles concerning human trafficking for over 10 years now. The awareness of this outrage, at least, is not new to Trump's administration.

The nature of information we're getting in this forum is the kind that comes down command channels for the purpose of public awareness. "Information bullets" like how many people rescued, etc.

The information is not going to get more specific for reasons of operations security and for legal reasons. Anything associated with current operations will be classified at a very high level.

Worth bearing in mind that no one engaged in these operations is going to see every aspect of a massive operation in soup-to-nuts detail. If one is engaged in rescue operations, that will be what one knows about in detail. One may have situational awareness as to what happens to rescued people and how they are handled, but one won't have the full story. And, if what is being authorized to be shared in public forums is "command channels"-type information, it won't go into that kind of detail in any case.

For me, the key takeaway from the information we are receiving is the targeting of enemy infrastructure and manpower. I believe those operations are happening and that someone is feeling the sting from that. The reason I believe this has been the illogical reaction of so many government and private people to a proposition as basic as ensuring that the USA, as a sovereign state, has control of its frontiers. Many are angry because control over the border has been reasserted, and that anger points to them being denied of something they have come to take for granted -- whatever that "something" is.
