I agree with you (a second time who knew) that this guy wishing the kid (clock cleaned by some other kid) is very very wrong.

i understand his frustration at the perversion being perpetrated on this CHILD .
also ok to be emotional and call it out.
but one must also be conscious of what actions should be taken.
because when one calls for something clearly wrong not only is frustration/emotion not just cause, but clouds your message no matter how good and right it is.
