He should stop staying "great job".
Heh, it's one of his favorite phrases.

First U.S. coronavirus case of unknown origin confirmed in Northern California, CDC says
“It is a confirmed case. There is one in Northern California,” CDC spokesman Scott Pauley told The Sacramento Bee just before 4 p.m. Wednesday.
He stated that the arrival of Coronavirus to Chile will be soon.
Some of the new measurements that are implemented is to make the persons that are arriving to the country to declare, under oath, the countries they have visited. If the declaration is false, the weight of the law will fall upon them. The end is to follow the persons that have been in countries with coronavirus present. (follow in the the sense of monitoring their health, make them wear masks, tests, and if any symptoms present are felt they will be moved to a hospital. (Note by me: He didn't specify if they will make them do a self-quarantine, which is odd, because he stated yesterday that there are 260 persons that arrived from countries that have coronavirus present are currently in home quarantine (I made a post about this). This is raising my suspicion).
He also stated that a Chilean couple that was in the Diamond Princess arrived the 24th of February and are being monitored and will be tested (as I understood) Monday 2nd of march...
All the tests will be done via PCR. And will be covered by the government (do NOT know if partially or entirely). He claimed that the test has a cost of CLP$85,724 (USD$105.47) (source of this: In spanish - In english
Also he claimed that if the virus doesn't get to a level of an epidemic, i.e.: no more than 1.000 cases, it will not be necessary to restrict the freedom of the people. Note by me: In other words, I think they are prepared to stop any social gatherings and implement quarantines
Also, 5 new hospitals with a total capacity of 1.700 beds are about to be opened. (Note by me: The hospitals were being built for months, they weren't built for this.)

Prepper think: put a sign on your door that says "Warning: NCOV19 Home-Quarantine. Please leave packages on doorstep."
That might give people with bad intentions a pause.
Man, I'm going to try to do that even on our windows. Thanks.

Can anyone help me find the 'source' that said recovered in china were being placed back in quarantine?

Bad test or re-infected again by #COVID19? “14% of patients who recovered from the novel coronavirus and were discharged from hospitals in southern China's Guangdong province were tested positive again in later check-ups”. This isn’t good.
Leaked Documents Reveal Coronavirus Infections Up to 52 Times Higher Than Reported Figures in China’s Shandong Province
On Feb. 22, for example, the government reported two newly diagnosed cases in the day prior, but the real data was 59.

Hong Kong (CNN)Public health officials warned Wednesday that the spread of the novel coronavirus is inching closer toward meeting the definition of a global pandemic, as the number of cases outside mainland China continues to grow, including in South Korea where a US soldier has tested positive for the virus. Brazil announced its first case of coronavirus today, marking the first time the virus has been reported in South America. The outbreak has now spread to six of the world's seven continents. It has not yet reached Antarctica.

I’ve been to meetings.
On the one hand we’re getting pretty good doom porn from the CDC.
On the other hand we’re getting calm and reason from the administration.
I don’t know who is telling the truth and I don’t want to feed one side or reinforce the other.

I'd say it's more like the CDC are paid to be alarmist and go with the worst case while the administration will be more into the political aspects.
I'd say the likely road will run between the two somewhere.
