care, that would be the simple answer BUT... we know POTUS does not type all the tweets. We also know that many of the tweets are RETWEETS initiated by a "Q script" to have predetermined/required timestamps. When 5 retweets in a row are less than maximum 30 seconds apart with 240 characters, this can only be automated. This has happened so many times that I've lost count. It's evidenced in the spreadsheet.
