On the surface this may appear as just a superficial club to allow Royal females to wear an Order medal like the blokes, but what if this is a top layer of hidden control from the Queen downwards though this order to the Crown Agent Sisters/Matrix 5? Surely the whole point of an "Order" is to pass orders down to members?
