I have trouble believing this because it would have been released in Hong Honkg, not Wuhan. Unless most of the people they wanted to target were living in Wuhan, in which case it would mean the people against the CCP had their HQ in Wuhan. None the less, I think it would have been easier for the CCP just to invent false accusation and get them all to jail.

Wuhan is a major ...if not "the" major transportation hub in China...where all the major roadways and railways across the country converge.

The timing of this with pluto saturn conjunction and eclipses...

The next set of eclipses come in June

This is going to be going on for a while and this may actually be worse than what we think

Three suggestions for solving the Wuhan epidemic by Steve Bannon

First, overthrow the firewall and allow Chinese people to access the Internet freely;
Second, the Chinese Communist Party must accept WHO and CDC and other virus killers and hunters to go there;
Third, send medical staff to inspect door-to-door to see who has this.

Beijing along with the rest of China is locking down. A state of war is in effect as the death toll rises against an invisible enemy. President Xi has been pretty much in hiding, not providing much public confidence in troubling times. I expect if the CCP survives it will undergo major reforms once it is all over. In the mean time sweeping all the problems under the rug is not an effective solution.

I do agree the great firewall of China does need to come down. Much sadness will ensure as the scale of the problems. We are already fighting an invisible enemy, to do this in the dark further limits our awareness and ability to respond. I expect the CCP is resistant to altering their cultural norms and concerned about survival of the party. Without getting on top of the problems there will not be much left for the party to govern.

If global resources are available to help with the front lines of this battle they should be welcomed with open arms. For official resistance to help with this fight is comes across as more concerned about image than reality.

Door to door inspections is a tough one with the scale of the problem, incubation periods and virus survivability outside of a host. Quarantine measures are important and will vary on local conditions. Personally I would rather fight out the wuflu at home than in a concentration camp environment where risks of cross infections is higher.

Right now as I type there's an outright war on Twitter between some Chinese ambassadors and Hu Xijin (Global Times CCP mouthpiece) vs Kyle Bass, investor extraordinaire. It's been pretty bloody as far as Twitter wars go.

From my experience with CCP this is starting to get close to a boiling point where the CCP will do something drastic to shift blame. They are getting very defensive about the lab accusations which as we like to say "you take flak when you're over the target" and things are starting to wear on them.

Inside China, people are starting to speak up. Wife played some videos from Wechat while we were doing errands today and I listened to quite a number of people just saying f*ck it and speaking out against CCP. The ones we listened to were younger but there were some older ones as well.

I think the social instability they feared is here and will continue to boil. Hopefully, international pressure will make the CCP admit the truth but I sincerely doubt it. I still think that Xi will get offered up as a scapegoat, maybe the odd general or 2 if they were to admit the lab theory is correct.

Add - Beijing is now officially on lockdown. Sources are coming online, Zerohedge has it first, it's also on Twitter and WeChat.

BEIJING IS LOCKED DOWN.

Thanks for digging into it a bit more. I know for myself, coming to terms with 9/11 helps understand some of these crazy things. Many examples of this craziness in the history books. I did come across one estimate that there are about 30 000 scientists around the world working on bioengineering matters. I expect most are working with honor, but it only takes a few of them to undertake their own secret research projects, captured by the awe of science and nature.

When people like Bill Gates funds a lot of this work and has publicly stated that he wants to reduce the worlds population, it makes you go hmm...

There are rumors that North Korea (who is reporting no casualties, of course) is getting hit pretty bad. Very likely on par with the severity of cases in China. This makes sense considering the abysmal state of their medical infrastructure..

In the end,the scape-goats are going to be the people at the lab. Maybe even the lead scientists already mentioned.

Not sure if CCP will try to do some sort of Soviet-era show trial of them though. Because, that might risk more information getting out.

My guess is eventually we hear that they themselves contact the disease and die from complications of it (i.e. pneumonia, etc.).

no, and you don't see the lockdown of 300 million citizens, either, in a normal flu virus situation. Just saying. It's become overwhelmingly obvious. And while WHO talks about CTS interfering with their response, and FB removing videos as though they aren't real, those same videos are now making mainstream news at 5:30........

They keep going they way they are going, with the quarantines, lack of food, and deaths rising along with everything else the CCP is doing, has the possibility of making the Hong Kong riots look like girl-scout fundraiser

Yes, you can. You did during the Spanish Flu. It happens because this is a novel strain that your body has never seen, and a strong immune system can react so strongly that it kills you. it's called a cytokine storm.

I'll bet you didn't know that the flu can make you go hemorrhagic too, but it can because it did during the Spanish Flu outbreak. Basically, it did things that had the doctors back then swearing it couldn't be the flu because the flu doesn't do those things ... but it can and it did. Analysis by modern scientists and researchers has shown that it very much was ... just the flu.

So, yes, you can compare this to the flu, and you can get your knickers in a twist about it all you want. It just exposes how little you've researched the great plagues of history.

This is just a corona virus. We have them circulating in the human population as a seasonal irritation. What makes this one different is that it's a new strain that has never been in the human population before, anywhere, at any time, and because of that it's hitting people all at once and making them very, very sick, sometimes killing them too. It's causing symptoms that will make a lot of people swear it's not a corona virus or that it must be some kind of mysterious super, bio-engineered chimera that can infect everything all at once in a myriad of different ways because of those strange symptoms no one has ever associated with a corona virus before.

And odds are that 100 years from now, people studying this moment in time will wonder how we could ever think it was anything except a corona virus no matter how grim things seemed.

If Chairman Xi and his oligarchical Party were to fall, then the virus had at least one positive effect.
