I'm doing chili.

2 pounds ground spiced sausage, 2 pounds ground beef
Garlic
Salt, Pepper
Peppers
Diced red onions
Tomatoes
Brown sugar
Spaghetti sauce (Bertolli's)

Crock pot it for a few hours, top with cheese, sour cream.

I'm going to hold out during the game. Usually I eat too much and can't really enjoy the game.

Afterwards I'll feast on San Fran 49's fan tears.

I like my chili super earthy and spicy... The problem I run into is I'll use too much pepper powders... And it can be a bit grainy.

So I started to get a variety of dried peppers (deseeded) ... Boil in beef broth and then immulsify it to use as my pepper base.

I do some fresh peppers too for some different heat.

I'll have to do that. I've been making big batches and storing small containers in the freezer for chili on demand. One of those things I'll find myself randomly craving, but I'll want it in 20 minutes and not 8 hours to a day.

Crock pot isn't big enough, will have to stove top it.

Context could make this statement go a couple of different ways.

Currently we're operating under food, so......

It's always a good weekend day when the stock pot comes out.

I used to do the whole cooking up a storm thing, even if friends or family weren't coming over. I haven't watched a game since all the nonsense started a couple of years ago, and I was a life-long fan. It sucks that the NFL let a fantastic sport go into the toilet. I won't be watching, even for the commercials but I will find a good movie or two on streaming.

Spring training starts in two weeks. Play ball!!!

As an internet expert on football and football cuisine, I first have to correct you on the name of the teams.

On one side are the California Sissy-Pants.

On the other side are the mighty, heroic, awesome Kansas City Robot-Fighting He-Men.

Poutine is actually an edible glue used to patch tires damaged by potholes. Potholes are the biggest exported product from Canada (also known as Upper Montana).

I can't plan next week's menu ... let alone 2 years out.

Super Bowl LIV, the 54th Super Bowl and the 50th modern-era National Football League (NFL) championship game, will decide the champion for the NFL's 2019 and 100th season. The National Football Conference (NFC) champion San Francisco 49ers will play against the American Football Conference (AFC) champion Kansas City Chiefs. The game is scheduled to be played on February 2, 2020, at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida. This will be the 11th Super Bowl hosted by the South Florida region and the sixth Super Bowl hosted in Miami Gardens, which hosted Super Bowl XLIV ten years earlier.
