All these recent videos surfacing with the same yellow biohazard bodybags.

Definitely doesn't look like a death toll of 259.

I have no real proof but I think it’s a lot higher than that. They’ve not shut these cities off for nothing.

The Chinese Lunar holidays end on this Sunday. Now people from all over China are heading back home. As noticed just a few hours ago, everyone seems to be wearing a mask while tugging their luggage with them.
Although it is stated that 259 cases of death have been "REPORTED", one really has to ask themselves this, is that just hospital reportings?
The number of confirmed infections stand right around 12000. (Tokyo time 9:30 pm ) But as one member in the above threads stated the whole area in Wuhan seems to be all infected. I personally have "whats app" and my friends Chinese wife and their friends (top people in the entertainment business, movie productions) have no knowledge of widespread infections throughout Wuhan.
On a video that I can't post, it says 30000 visitors a day go to the hospital and that probably is just a rough estimate. I'm not sure where the location is as of now. If I find out, I'll edit this post if possible.

Also note that all expressway entrances, drivers are being checked for body temperatures. Train stations are also thoroughly checking body temperatures. And yes, medical workers are present in proper wear.

Now in Japan, authorities are now denying entry to all foreign nationals who have recently visited Hubei Province. Getting wise and tough. If you've ever been to a major city University Hospital in Japan on a Monday, well... hopefully its modern with all high tech equipment which they generally are, there are hundred of people in line at 8 am. Can you imagine if 3 to 5 % of them are foreigners with no Japanese language skills. Total (don't know the word).

Japan has now stated that "corona virus" is a "designated infectious disease"...which means they can forcibly hospitalize people with infections. Its about time for that.

2-1-20 Tokyo 20 cases now , of them 8 were evacuated from Wuhan. Japan I believe evacuated 565 Japanese on 3 chartered flights so far. Not sure if this will continue, but I'll keep ya posted.

American news: Flights from China will be able to land now only at 7 airports. One is in Honolulu . Possible military assistance? Anyone here in Hawaii got information on that. I don't have access to Stars and Stripes for the latest Military updates for overseas.

Well, that's about it for now.

Hopefully my friend whose Chinese wife will have an update for Hong Kong and maybe parts of China. Pictures would help I know, but I wouldn't know how to post them from my phone. Sorry. If you have an idea on how I can do it, pm me or post here.

There are currently 11,972 confirmed cases worldwide, including 259 fatalities.

My sons friend has received a message from the nurse he knows in Wuhan. She told him the whole city is infected. It’s everywhere and they cannot cope. She told him quite frankly that people are starving in their homes.

That is somewhat exaggerated. There are many people in Wuhan who give normal interviews to TV stations.

In Michigan when your cremated everything goes in the furnace bag and all. Magnets sort out afterwards and then screens filter it again. re using body bags seems rather dangerous.

Afterwards they are Cremains rot remains

Definately does seem more drastic the we are being told.

To shut all those people in because 239 have died oit of 12k infected is very drastic measures unless this virus is more akin to the Pneumonic Plague and we are being told the wrong numbers??

Pneumonic Plague Symptoms

Breathing difficulties
Chest pain
Cough
Fever
Headache
Overall weakness
Bloody sputum

Jesus Christ....so they will just let them there to die ?

That tells us just how bad this virus is.

Chinese politics are very complex and never transparent enough for anyone to really grasp at what’s happening behind the scenes.

The VP of China is a figurehead and usually very weak. I don’t recall that the VP of CCP ever became the President but I’d have to check.

Most likely this is propaganda IMHo but you could be right that they are prepping the release of bad numbers with some associated “explanation”. Guarantee of they do this they’re gonna throw some low ranking officials under the bus and then disappear them.

I’m concerned about why we’ve seen no interviews from returned foreign nationals from Wuhan in the media. You’d think “if it bleeds it leads” would have some of these people on the news somewhere in some country. I’ve only heard a small blurb from a South African who said people were dying in the streets.

Someone mentioned the Uyghur camps in Xinjiang. Yeah, if it’s gets into a camp they’ll let everyone die and cover it up. They wouldn’t waste medical supplies on those people.

Indeed it might well be. I’m just reporting what has been passed on. However, giving a normal TV interview does not mean you aren’t infected. You might simply not be symptomatic yet. I think the thrust of what she’s saying is that it is rife throughout Wuhan - far more so than we are being told. Worse, there is very little food in the city. Recipe for all kinds of issues I would think.

Now this Daily Mail article showing the coaches that will be used to transport the infected in the UK to hospital. And the make is "Horseman".

And there are 4 of them

www.dailymail.co.uk...

This is indeed incredibly odd.

As someone else has pointed out, there were more than 4 coaches, but only 4 were ‘Horsemen’ (according to that post). Don’t know how true that is, but if so, then yep, incredibly odd...

Also there’s this...

cdn.images.express.co.uk...

The image shows passengers in masks, a man in a hazmat suite and the driver in with no protection - no hazmat, not even a mask!!!

Apparently they volunteered for the job, which is mighty brave. However, despite the flight passenger being taken to quarantine the only word I’ve seen on the driver’s immediate fate is that the Horsemen company is giving them 10 days paid leave. Surely they should go into quarantine along with the other passengers!

If they’re indeed being sent home directly after this on 10 days leave the only rationale explanation is that the authorities want this virus to spread (or they’re just idiots, either way we’re screwed).

Any normal interviews are propaganda. Chinese news is almost never allowed to air negative stories.

When they have a disaster like this the marching orders from top are to show heroic stories of medical personnel, talk about “factual science” and other topics around the core negative issue.

They would never show those videos on TV. I’m also starting suspect Twitter has lots of CCP propaganda accounts on it. I see lots of posts about the first doctor who died across all CV hashtags and they aren’t retweets. I can almost time when they’ll show up. Same with some other hero stories. WeChat has wu mao army but since it’s different than Twitter it’s a bit easier to get ahold of negative stuff.

That's what's been said. Even if you find similarities in a random string of genetic material, that does not mean the whole thing will act at all like HIV does. At most it may mean that particular part of the virus looks like that part of the HIV virus. In this case, my understanding is that it's the part that injects the RNA into cells for copying. In the end, the corona virus attacks your mucus membranes like a corona virus does and it produces the expected illness symptoms for something that attacks those cells.

Interesting short video, masked gunmen walk-in down alley. Those are standard issue Chinese military weapons but those guys don’t have uniforms which is totally not standard. Wife’s cousins are in military. This is very not standard and never seen on streets.

Just read that its now known that the Chinese government is restricting the use of testing kits to keep the numbers low. They're only issuing hospitals a certain number per day.

That will spike your numbers right there. If they're rationing the test kits, doctors will only test the worst patients. So again, we have no real idea what the actual numbers are on this thing. Not only do we not know the real numbers of infections, but they won't be testing anyone who shows up with flu-like symptoms or anyone traced back through contact like they still will be in the US and other Western countries, they'll only test the ones who are the worst off (i.e. the sickest and most likely to die).

One of the commonalities that is being seen with this is signs of pneumonia. Even the 10-year-old who was asymptomatic had signs of pneumonia on his chest x-ray. The man in Washington state developed signs of pneumonia the same way even though the worst of his symptoms had cleared by that point.

The mild cases in Germany were still contagious after they had resolved symptoms.

I am wondering if the pneumonia is how you stay contagious even without feeling sick and continue to shed virus even beyond your symptomatic phase ... if you even have one. It's not that unusual to start shedding virus before you start to feel ill. People do that with stuff like the flu, but doing it afterward is interesting, and I'm wondering if the lung infection lingers longer than you are aware of in most cases allowing you to spread it without even knowing.

But all those things are signs of pneumonia. Take a look at walking pneumonia for what happens when you get pneumonia but aren't in bed ill. It happens and can happen with viral pneumonia too, which this is.

Harry Chen PHD offers his current view on things in a thread, not sure I agree with all of it. I’d recommend a grain a salt but he does add some content and info.

Twitter

Seems many westerns dont understand why the numbers are so low...please read this thread if you are curious.

He’s been a good source of videos, he’s posting things from WeChat that are confirmed. The occasional video gets through that’s junk.

I've seen an interview with a greek guy in Wuhan. He was fine. He even went in and out of his apartment. (with his mask that is). But other than that he was ok. He was showing the empty malls etc.

Been to the supermarket today, came home with 4 big bags of tinned beans, soups, etc, noodles, big bags of rice, big bags of pasta, toilet rolls (thanks for the reminder whoever it was) and kilo packs of minced beef for the freezer.

People just pottering around, not a care in the world.

I wondered what will it be like in here 2 weeks from now?
