Here's what I have to ask about your claim. Doing a search on multiple search engines I don't see anyone tallomg about mass bans just for watching a livestream.

Do you know of anyone else experiencing what you're claiming? If not, why do you think you were singled out?

On top of that, Youtube generally lets you know when and why administrative action is taken against an account. What reason have you been given for your ban?

Already, YouTube has taken down some live streamers, citing violations of their community standards. So, keep that in mind if some of these links fail as the day progresses.

Breitbart has a YouTube video streaming live here (after the first one was pulled down)

People in the comment section of RT's RUPTLY are saying the stream was just cut!

Only live feed I can find keeps slowing down and you have to refresh. On my first F5, viewers dropped from 17K to 10K, on my last F5 the viewers dropped to 4.6K. Just refreshed again and it's at 3.5K... Maybe a coincidence, but crazy if not.

Anyone can live stream... Or use other platforms other than YouTube
