I like the old and new Mystery Science Theater 3000 theme. And, even though it wasn't on tv, I loved Incognito Cinema Warriors XP theme.

Well, it's a cable television show, not network, but I didn't see any distinction. I'd nominate Knight Rider as my favorite network tv theme but this is my favorite overall.
