This was in regard to the amount of truth being made public, I believe.

Originally they said 40/60, public/secret, but there has been some indication recently that that number may have come up to 50/50 or even 60/40.

I believe Coronavirus would fall into this category. I'm guessing though, that there is more than one type of Coronavirus, so, maybe this patent is for one specific strain identified, and isolated by the CDC.
