All you have to do is ask the Lord. You have to ask first. The Lord is the only one who can deliver you ultimately. If you are pursued by evil spirits but refuse to acknowledge the Lord, then you are rejecting his help and power when you do it, and in essence claiming you don't need help.

Yea.... that was a ghost that has been dead for sometime, possibly 1800's era.

They love to say that which is true.... one day you will die, I will die.....etc...

What bothers me is the red eyes..... ghost that turns demonic is not uncommon. It has lost hope due to time....as it walks the earth and sees changes realizes it has been dead for sometime...... living longer as a spirit than a mortal being ... thinking is this it? Is this my afterlife? Which bitterness and hate grows to uncontrollable insane (pyschopath) tendecies.

If you are a true Christian (which I believe you are) prayer with the help of the Holy Spirit can remove this type of entity.

I pray it has moved on and leaves you alone.

Excellent question.

Not everyone believes in God and Jesus.

Unfortunately often belief is not enough. Purification (proper fasting), various tools, prayer, and the Holy Spirit is mandatory.

In general I agree.

I have on occasion watched priest run out of homes screaming.

I can see all these entities clearly and in color BUT I can not hear what they tell me. I have problems reading lips because some do not have lips to read.

Shadow People I can see and hear, do not know why?

A simple prayer meeting, gathering of Christians for a meal (communion), real christians, bible study, there are plenty of ways where any spiritual presence will leave.

I've been around the block and have had my fair share of torment from the wicked spirits. Decided to log in to share the information I've learned, none of it has been accurately given here.

Firstly, the supernatural is beyond the natural realm and therefore unknowable by natural means. The only way to understand or know what is in the supernatural is for it to reveal itself to the natural.

In my studies I have come to have faith that the Bible is the inspired word of God. And it contains the truth about many things humans otherwise would not know. In fact many who do not study the Holy Scriptures ponder over and are perplexed by many things God reveals in its pages.

Among the things revealed in the Bible is that a human when he dies he ceases to exist:

(Ezekiel 18:4) Look! All the souls—to me they belong. As the soul of the father so also the soul of the son—to me they belong. The soul who sins is the one who will die.

"For the living know that they will die, but the dead know nothing at all, nor do they have any more reward, because all memory of them is forgotten...Whatever your hand finds to do, do with all your might, for there is no work nor planning nor knowledge nor wisdom in the Grave, where you are going."-Ecclesiastes 9:5, 10.


Jesus Christ referred to death as a sleeplike condition:

"After he said these things, he added: “Lazʹa·rus our friend has fallen asleep, but I am traveling there to awaken him.”  The disciples then said to him: “Lord, if he is sleeping, he will get well.”  Jesus, however, had spoken about his death. But they imagined he was speaking about taking rest in sleep.  Then Jesus said to them plainly: “Lazʹa·rus has died."-John 11:11-14.


The apostle Paul said that the chosen saints, or holy ones that would be risen to heaven with Christ and rule with him are sleeping in death until Christ's return when they will be the first to be raised from the dead:

(1 Thessalonians 4:13, 14)  Moreover, brothers, we do not want you to be ignorant about those who are sleeping in death, so that you may not sorrow as the rest do who have no hope. For if we have faith that Jesus died and rose again, so too God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep in death through Jesus.

No one who has ever died has ever been risen from the dead except for one man, Jesus Christ. And when he returns first he will raise the chosen ones to heavenly life, afterward he will rule over the earth and will resurrect all mankind back from the dead back to life on earth:

" Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice  and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, and those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment."-John 5:28, 29.

I make references with all these things because they prove that ghosts are not dead humans. And that the dead are not alive. And that no humans survive after dying.

Jesus said that you will know the truth and the truth will set you free. One of the things this truth frees you from is superstitious lies that ghosts are dead humans, or that you need to worship your ancestors, or that dead people are alive.

The Bible tells us that wicked spirit forces are real. That Satan and his wicked fallen angels are real. These can easily pretend to be dead people, perhaps dead loved ones to fool people into believing lies, and keep them in darkness.

Finally the way to rid oneself of wicked spirits is to shun any practice involving demonism and occultism and spiritism, and rid yourself of any and all objects related to such, and to serve the true God. The Bible states:

"Keep your senses, be watchful! Your adversary, the Devil, walks about like a roaring lion, seeking to devour someone."-1 Peter 5:8.

'Therefore, subject yourselves to God; but oppose the Devil, and he will flee from you."-James 4:7.

One has to do more than desire it. Although that is a start.

Think of the man who had a demon so powerful in it that it took Jesus himself to expel it. Then Jesus gave this illustration:

"“When an unclean spirit comes out of a man, it passes through waterless places in search of a resting-place and finds none. Then it says, ‘I will go back to my house from which I moved,’ and on arriving, it finds the house unoccupied but swept clean and adorned.  Then it goes and takes along with it seven different spirits more wicked than itself, and after getting inside, they dwell there; and the final circumstances of that man become worse than the first. That is how it will be also with this wicked generation.”-Matthew 12:43-45.

Jesus says that demon lurks around to find another haven but not finding one returns to the man who he was expelled from and finds him "swept clean and adorned." And in his travels he finds 7 wicked spirts worse than itself. And they all possess the man and his outcome is worse than its start.

That means that we need to not only reject the unclean, and desire for it to be gone. But we need to FILL the void with what is good. That would mean reading the Bible regularly, praying to God, meditating on his word, and then being obedient to what it teaches.

So after the desire is there, one must take action! Desire in itself is not enough. It is a good start. Just like an alcoholic must desire first to want to quit drinking. In order for it to happen, he needs to take steps...he can't just want to stop. He is going to have to change his way of life, his habits, his patterns.

In either case it is not an easy thing. It does take desire and then mental fortitude and action and persistence. And God promises to give the assistance needed to all those asking it of him in prayer through Jesus' name.

There is, it’s not about winning or losing, either an individual wants a relationship with God or you don’t.

The spiritual is real and Jesus is the answer, not a holy man with rosaries and a bible chanting

There is no need to study demonology.. You were correct when you said Jesus is real and he is the answer. Rosaries and chants are worthless. In fact Jesus said:

"When praying, do not say the same things over and over again as the people of the nations do, for they imagine they will get a hearing for their use of many words. So do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need even before you ask him."-Matthew 6:7, 8.

My last house was teeming with shadow people, I woke one night to see a entire family of them looking at me from the foot of my bed the reason I say family they were all different sizes , That house was horrible you fix something and it just breaks again you make something new and in no time its trashed again could never get anything to grow healthy and the anger of my family just increased to the point nothing could be said without a argument to top it off my wife came down with brain cancer and my son threatened suicide, It got so bad I left and the house had to be sold . Since then my son is in a better place and there's no more anger. They are real and not there to be nice ..
And I'm sorry praying doesn't make them go away .

Well your wrong, I do believe in an afterlife, a continuation of consciousness after this world.

What I do not believe is that our afterlife consists of roaming around our old house, being upset at the new occupants and trying to scare them into leaving.

You say that when my spirit separates I will be sharper then ever. Well as of now I understand that I do not have any expectation of ownership of my house from now until the end of time, including after my death. So at what point after my death and by what process am I locked in my house unable to explore the cosmos, and at what point does my mind change to think that the people leaving in my house after me are doing something wrong?

Teeming you say? A whole family? I would just start doing weird crap to make them feel uncomfortable. Jar my own urine and feces. Put the best of the worst Nicholas Cage movies on loop 24/7. They would eventually burn the place down or move on.

Why only us has spirits? We just happen to be the most highly evolved, self aware animal on the planet. In a vast ecosystem, it's inevitble that one creature would come out on top right?

When did we start getting spirits is what I always want to know. Did Cro Magnon have spirits, did Neanderthal? 200,000 years ago when humans could be considered modern humans by todays standards, did we start having spirits? Did we evolve our spirits?

Why dont dogs, cats, all of the creatures have spirits? Is it because they aren't evolved enough to be intelligent enough to be self aware, know that they'll eventually die (they don't know), so that they'll believe that they have spirits? So that when they die, they wont really die, because dying for eternity really sucks? It's a reality that is painful and utterly depressing to grasp. The atheists are definitely hardcore.

My stepdad was one and a few days before he died he told me that he was close to death but wasn't afraid to die. I told him no way, you've got a few years left at least, you're getting better, lost all that weight so far. But that was the end of discussion, he expressed no feelings about it. He was a savant or genius of sorts, something. An aerospace engineer for the dept of defense.

When I was really into believing in things when I was younger, God and an afterlife, it felt great let me tell you. To know that not only will you live FOREVER, but you'll be with God or in some form of bliss was epic.

All sorts of bad could come my way. Illness, terminal disease, heck my parents died but they were still alive you know. Had dreams of them visiting me and all, as did siblings. It was because they visited us in the spirit in the dream to reassure us that they had lived on and not to worry about it or feel sad is the logic.

*sinister turn* The cruel reality is probably that our brains, like the brains of most humans, have those dreams to process the death and "work it out" emotionally during the grieving period. How could they visit in their flesh bodies if they were ashes in a box? With them and the pets my mother had cremated, I have a small collection of ash boxes. I can make a pyramid out of them.

"It's so we'd recognize them." They have special powers now, like angels. Well, I never had visitation dreams of my atheist stepdad but I met him when I was 17, we were never emotionally close. My mother was a Christian and thats your mom who birthed you and raised you, it's different.
